Which takes us back to square one.if the rent had been lowered and a % of matchday revenue had been offered to sisu and a deal was done.would everyone still have wanted sisu out.It seemed at one point this season when we were doing well in the jpt and not far off the play offs having sisu running the club Wasnt looking that bad.And before anyone accuses me of being pro sisu Im not.just after opinion.

That's absolute nonsense. How can you possibly justify giving away matchday revenue AND reduce rent, yet get in effect NOTHING in return? Sisu reverted to type and used blackmail from day one on this. As for wanting sisu out - ABSOLUTELY. Its not just the bullying tactics over the rent, its the criminal in my eyes way they reacted to fans justified protests. It's how they for at least 2 seasons now almost certainly 3 seasons haven't invested anything in the team.

Throughout sisu have taken and taken and taken again, yet what precisely have they given us? The JPT run - gee whizz a couple of extra games against teams hardly heard of before the season began! Quite frankly the form of his life of a certain player disguised so much that was wrong with the team. This was exposed when that certain player left.

And now it appears we will be dished out with more of the same. Football is supposed to be an entertainment - Right now as a cov fan it is all pain and no gain. It has exposed the ugly side of a number of fans who refuse to accept anything is wrong with the club, and attack anyone who exposes the truth of the situation.

Great reply.it just seemed that it all went quiet during that good run we had.Alot of people i spoke to at games seemed to be distracted from what sisu were still doing by the fact that we were in with a chance of the jpt and the play offs.as soon as we started struggling it was back to normal.some fans were siding with sisu getting a better rent deal and some thought that acl/ccc were quite right in sticking to their guns.it know seems the majority are back in the sisu out camp, including me.

Its fully illegal for a neutral administrator to favour one side and do something not in the best interest of the business its sorting (ccfc) it isn't here to help SISU earn millions, its to come to an agreement with investors to secure a profitable future, why would any administrator think "yeah he's gonna buy them, give sisu £20m but then the club will go bust again" his arse would be on the line for the recurring incident for not sealing a sustainable ownership

well, apart from nearly half a million a year in rent ( around 3 times the average for this league, and still alot more than we should be paying ) a long term tenant for a space that would otherwise go unused 90% of the time, a stable community football club etc

Of course he will favour SISU they appointed him for a reason! What I really dont understand why SISU are holding on with desperation so much. The club is losing money left right and centre, what is actually keeping them here?? Surely this was the prime time for them to call it quits and go? Or are they really that bad that they will extract every last penny before they do so?

i think there is 60 million reasons why they stay if they will get 60 million answers is a different thing though;)

Maybe PH4 is actually doing business properly & not someone who shouts his mouth off all across the media about what he will do before he's done it.
He has a lot do sort out before he puts a bid in for the club & gaining partal or full control of the Ricoh is the key to the future without it we are stuffed so not only has he got to get to the bottom of all this mess within the club also get a deal in place to buy at least 50% of the Ricoh.

I would sooner look at it as no news is good news instead of the 'we're doomed' dads army style

ive mentioned this before, but my company has been involved in 3 or 4 admin deals now.. where companies we dealt with went into administration. 2 of them had been run into the ground by the previous owners & had debts into the millions ( yet had company assets such as speed boats! ).. but despite the business being run in such a bad way by the previous owners, for some reason - known only to the administrator, the companies were sold back to the previous owners ( despite their being other bids from established & well run 3rd parties ).

Read into that whaty you will.. but its led me to believe that this whole saga is going to end up only one way.. SISU remain in charge

PS - the company i mentioned above , that had been splashing out on speedboats before it went into admin .. yet still got sold back to the previous owners ( because they were obviously such great candidates! ).. went into admin again about 18 months later, owing another stack of money.. so my faith in administrators & the job they do might be a little damaged ;)

If what SISU are saying is true in these high court papers then that is a big enough reason! This really is the last throw of the dice for them!

What the fuck does Richard Keys know anyway? He's been coming out with that line for two years now. He has no clue or idea who the administrator is 'leaning towards'. Amazed me how people hang on to his every word.

Don't be so hard on Mr. Keys ... he is only saying what Mr. Hoffman want him to say. Nothing new in that.

He would seem to know alot more about it than we do.he said Hoffman and other investors have been working on this for the last two years.looks like he was right. He wants the same as we do .sisu gone.not going to knock him for that.

You have clearly not been at the casino when they have been banging on about a deal in public! I do agree with you that if a deal is being done that has any gravitas, this would not be public knowledge unless it has a high outlook of actually coming off. We are in the hands of the administrator, we have no clue how many potential deals are being tabled apart from just one... SISU.
