I can't remember him missing many sitters when clean through, seemed quite clinical (I have been to sleep since most of the games) when he did get chances. Just didn't actually get the chances to take them.
Love these stories when papers and websites have nothing else to write about.
'Dave is up for the game on Saturday'
'Dave wants to play games'
'Dave wants to score goals'
Dave is on 3 grand a week. I should bloody well hope so.
Guess what? Coventry City fans want Jackson to score some goals. Maybe Simon could spin an article out of those nine words?
A bit of both Nick. He is pap.

It was his game against Worcester that did it for me, there centre back Wayne Thomas who is now retired and nearly 40 beat him for pace...
He hasn't missed sitters when clean through, that's because centre halves have managed to catch up and tackle him despite him having a head start. Happened a fair few times this season.

Who is Simeon Jackson?!!! Tbh my biggest memory of him this season is getting cheered by the Gillingham fans at Priestfield while City fans were looking on bemused!
Should of been his bastard aim all seasonHis aim is to score some goals to keep us up.
Has he missed many sitters when he has been put through or just not been in the right place at the right time to put them away?
Although mainly, he simply gets knocked off the ball by a gust of wind!
You can count on one hand the amount of chances he's been afforded, and of them he's taken a few. He is a finisher, nothing else, he won't hold the ball up or go on mazy runs culminating in goals. Put the ball in the 6 yard box and he'll start scoring.
I've seen Sunday League strikers with more pace after a skin full the night before.
