I went to the start of the protest but then moved away when it came a bit yobby with random chants as Nigel took over as spokesman for the cameras.
Could have been worse as the man with the large belly volunteered to be spokesman but was quickly brushed aside.
Went past a few times as they went around the top by the car park entrance and it did appear to be out of place and unorganised.
Followed a coach I'm advised around the stadium.
Lots of other fans saying it was pointless. Lots of kids around in the Olympic village would be a little scared.
I guess if 2 random protesters gave me some abuse I might react the same. I guess he was there for the olympic event.
I did say earlier if this is right, if he says he didn't then it's the word of one person against another. As for the demo yes it was a bit shambolic, I and the others listened for a few minutes you're right it was unorganised. As for yobby why because a few people shouted SISU out of course you don't expect that at a demo. So there must have been a lot of children scared in the ground if 20 or 30 were chanting it outside. Why was it out of place? It's where we play were the wasps people upset? Well let me tell you I'm a tad upset I didn't chant anything but let me tell you the people out of place are not the city fans but the people who now as near as damn it own the Ricoh

The chanting was random as they were recording a TV interview at the same time.
Most the children were going into the Jaguar hall for the olympic return event.
I don't want to be part of a protest randomly walking past families, following coaches and blocking traffic.
It wasn't for me so I walked away.
Never mentioned Wasps but a lot of Coventry fans were embarrassed as well.
Same in the ground, the chants of Sisu out while the match was playing is unwanted by the majority of fans.

As last said SISU out followed by other chants the players thought the support was good. No players being booed from where I was sitting fans behind the team. You're right you didn't mention wasps but you really don't need to do you? I didn't go round the ground talking to various people but what is this randomly walking past families rubbish were they intimidated? No they weren't stop making an issue about nothing. There was very little bad language surprisingly,no violence,no intimidation.

I saw the moments before this by the sounds of, Haskell was walking outside near the casino entrance about 2:00 he looked like he was on his way to the small car park infront of the casino (He actually looked like he had 1 leg as was in a massive knee brace where his leg with his bad foot was kneeling on the brace very bizarre) he was asked by some lads very politely for autographs to which he obliged I didn't see any more after this but he certainly didn't look like he was on a mission to draw attention to himself, I would imagine someone gave him some stick & he put them back in their place.

I like Rugby Haskells a love him or hate him character and as he's a Wasps player in not his biggest fan but in the seconds before this incident happened when I saw him he didn't look like he was on a mission to wind up football fans just wanting to get away.
Then u didnt hang around long enoughh

The protest was at the JH statue where I left it as it became a bit random.
I then went into the Jaguar Hall and on coming out it was then at the car park entrance for some reason.
People I met later in the casino said it was following a coach round the hall.
Totally disorganised although I do appreciate the hopelessness of the situation and the frustration of making any impression on Sisu.

Football and Rugby League for me can't stand Union as its very slow and so boring.
They go on about footballers feigning injury but remember that blood incident a few years ago?

Of course it's disorganised any other club and they are united over one issue. We've got multiple issues the fans have been divided by SISU by wasps by everybody including to my dismay by the fans themselves. Is it any wonder

I think I will politely not believe you. Your failure to use proper words or grammar give me that opinion.

One incident a few years ago,in every football game players going down like they've been shot and are at deaths door then 20 seconds later running like gazelles. Can't stand rugby league like union

Eye gouging, spear tackles, punching, raking of studs.

They make Suarez look like mother Theresa...

I still like the video of that guy being whacked full board, you see his face and neck move but he stands there.

I'd love football to be like ice hockey.where two players can have a bit if they want.

I'm no Wasps fan, but if he was signing an autograph and someone started to abuse him why shouldn't he give some back? Sound like a storm in a tea cup.

He was not signing any autographs, and no one abused him. The cov supporter who asked him " your not from cov your from london arent you?" that is not abuse the reply from him was" we are not from london we are from fuckng high wycombe you fucking mug" he then spouted some stuff about a rugby magazine?? and then seeing me laughing at what he said..
He called me a coventry mug and i will see what it means to be a proper mug soon!

Ive just got out of nick now. Haskell was being a complete prick, was pretending to suck the JH statue off.

I offered him round the corner for the one on one, at first he declined but after 30 seconds of verbals, we went at it. He sprinted at me trying to take my legs, he went low, as he came in I volleyed him clean, then completely pummelled him whilst on the floor, I then climbed the JH statue and elbow dropped him. Taught that prick a real good lesson.

Heard Cipriani wants the straightener so I'm in my garage now preparing for the ruck.

I can't believe you're trying to compare the physical nature and issues in rugby, with football...

BHSB...I can't believe you're trying to insinuate that rugby has the same issues as football?!

Footballers are princesses...rolling over like they've been shot.

Spear tackles might have been outlawed but it doesn't mean they don't happen. And as for the others occurring in football...when was the last eye gouge you seen in football?

Unbelievable...

I just read from someone on Twitter that Haskell apparantly abused a disabled CCFC fan.
Did he? What was said?( both ways)

Did he know the guy was disabled?

Would be interesting to know what was said both ways in terms of the disabled guy.
