And yes, Sandy Robertson...
Because if we bought him, he wouldn't have been able to play until next season.
This way he gets to play for us, then we buy him at the end of the season.
The extreme opposite Steve. Why not pay the pennies and sign him up. That way he's ours. Why risk other Clubs seeing him play on TV? Seeing how good he is and stealing him from us. Situation Sounds good in principle, but could turn out s**t for us if we, as someone has suggested could happen(Get gazumped)
So what! It gives us time to build a bloody good young team during the summer. We're going nowhere this season apart from mid table. If the lad has anything about him, he'll understand the reason not to play him.
So it gives the lad valuable experience of league one.....
I'm not here for arguments mate. What happened to Bigi, the first time round? Do you remember? Andy Thorn destroyed him in my eyes by playing him constantly straight from out of the Academy. He has never recovered from that to this day. Why has everything got to be done the rush job way? Oh SISU want it that way! Use a bit of the "Old grey matter" and think a little further into the future rather than Tomorrow. Simple really
If daggenham's bank account is healthy then I'd imagine his price now is the same as at end of season. There fore loan him with a deal done "in principle" and we can use him.... Keep him there and hes not adapting to our methods....

A players registration cannot be transferred permanently outside the transfer window, you can negotiate and agree terms all you want but the deal can't be signed off and rubber stamped until the window reopens. It's the difference between life and death for league clubs too.
You can sign a player whenever, you just can't play them if they've signed after the window.
Same here mate, just struggling to get your main point.
His development is not being rushed in my eyes. Like it was said he's played most the season already... Some game on league one is only good for his development.
Easiest way to explain it is "A bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush" I can't think of a simpler way to put it to you mate

Not if there is a fence around the bush.

I dunno whether the same applies to non league clubs but the above is true for professional clubs.
£150k according to daggers fans
Well Maddison only sold for £2 million :thinking about::thinking about::thinking about::thinking about::thinking about::thinking about:
Don't ruin another thread. Just tedious.
You're as bad as each other. Another poster put something and you immediately try and goad him. You're both grown men but behave like your in a playground. Let's just stick to hoping the jones deal is water tight and we've got a new star.
The news i'm hearing is that Brentford and Fulham are showing heavy interest in scuppering any deal. Bags of talent, but his private life has prevented him from a big move sooner.
Poison? From the bloke who freely uses the word c**t. Shining light of society you are. He's no angel but didn't say he was. Just that you seem to be spoiling for a row all the time. Anyway I'm taking thread off topic so I'll stop.
I've only noticed you using to be honest. In part cos you post a fair bit. Lets just talk football?
