Me included. I now hate Sisu so much that I would rather see the club playing in Northampton indefinitely than see Sisu get the Ricoh via their legal machinations. I just want to see them lose badly and painfully because that's what'll see them hounded out with egg on their faces.

Tell me Torchomatic, which posters on here have actually said that they would take a CCC victory over what is best for CCFC? Or is it just more divisive bullshit that YOU are spinning despite you calling others divisive?
Edit: Apart from Spider
I think the conspiracy story goes something along the lines that the Council (both elected officials & executive officers), Higgs, former directors Hoffman & Elliot and even Sky Blue Trust committee members and the editor of the Cov Tel are somehow involved. There would need to be a fair amount of actual evidence to actually prove any of that so I wouldn't put too much on the conspiracy just yet
The same can be said for the council haters on here. That they would prefer the council to lose whatever the cost to CCFC !!!
Try to remember that this case is Sisu sueing CCC. By these actions alone its preventing CCFC from playing at the Ricoh !!

Not me. I don't care who "wins" as long as City go back to the Ricoh.

OSB: Just to check. Is it ACL you do work for or AEHC?
Really hope this is the beginning of the end for Sisu with our club. They have been an absolute disaster and if they continue to own us there is only one consequence. We will cease to exist. They represent everything that is wrong with our society, never mind our club.
I would imagine they will try and cloud the important issues today, looking to pick targets for future litigation. It's what they do isn't it.
Squandering CCFC money on legal fees. Bang goes your new striker. New goalie.
As far as I can see, the Council, ACL, were protecting themselves from the obvious, rapacious tactics of a Hedge Fund operation. Whether they did that strictly legally, I don't know, nobody on here knows. But I would do it myself if it meant stopping Sisu getting their dirty hands on a site partly funded on tax payers money, for the people of Coventry and their football club.
I really do hope Sisu get what they deserve. Nothing.
Then maybe, we can get back to Coventry and rebuild our club without their shackles, their lies, greed, total absence of any idea of a community. Of integrity, they don't have any.
That's way out of line, Rob. It's like asking you if you're happy working for SISU.
Sisu QC says club paid over £700K since March 2012. Judge says because it was money in escrow and costs mean it wasn't 'real''

I think he is though
He isn't Gent, or at least I'd be very surprised if he is. I've considered Rob a friend for a long time. It doesn't mean he's right on everything, mind, and I detest this Council-plant, SISU rent-boy stuff. I wish we could just leave it out, personally.
Appreciate you were kidding when you said it, but there are some here who actually believe it (or pretend to).
What does this mean?
The cheapest of shots.OSB: Just to check. Is it ACL you do work for or AEHC?
Ha you're about as neutral as Joy.gent was not kidding (although he will say he was now) so thanks for making him look a tool haha
sisu plant, council employee...its all BS
bar shmee everyone is a neutral
I think what the judge means is that it can't really be classed as paying the rent. This also points back to a decision in court as I recall, where SISU were told they had to top up the escrow as well as paying the rent due.

I'm glad this bullshit line has been shown up in court for what it is. I'm tired of shouting a the radio every time I hear it spun
Neither ........... and to be honest RobS that's pretty pathetic isn't it
CC4L will tell you I work for the council !
Just to be clear I do not work for any of the parties involved in this drama. I was appointed for 1 day only to work for the Alan Higgs Centre Trust to advise at the first creditors meeting last May. There have been no other appointments before or since, directly or indirectly.
You have a lot to say but from a position of anonymity which, IMHO, undermines your credibility. Why not be more transparent so that we can make an objective assessment of your comments? Do you work for the Council? Any links with Coventry Labour Party? Etc?
We're all trying to get to the actual facts here so you can see why transparency is a good thing can't you?
 You're right CC4L because i happen to know that Rob S is really Tim Fisher FACT!!!!!
