was in the club ship earlier getting new top and the bloke in front of me was getting cup tickets, the lady working told him if he wanted to sit in tesco stand in would have to be a front, because rest had sold out
so if we get a big club in next round or went on a cup run you wouldnt go? lolI not wasting my money on this game. Could not give a monkeys about the FA Cup to be honest
Good for you.
I'll be there - SISU will stay or go no matter whether there are 10k or 20k at this game. What about the rest of the staff that work at the club though? What about the players playing in front of the empty stadium?
I'm all for people protesting and that, but just don't think boycotting is the way to do it. I must admit, it took me a while to come round to this conclusion, but i just think there is a bigger picture to all this.

for you buying the replica shirt and ticket, just think that is exactly what sisu want. more money in their coffers, i wont be going and there are 10 from my pub that wont
here we go we get it....you lot who protest care more about the club then us. the protest will be taken over by the chavs that show us up at away games but best of luck with itApathy is dead right. Someone gets off their backside to make an effort and do something that they believe is in the long term best interests of the club, and people just cannot be bothered. I realise that people have differing opinions of the best way of protesting, but you can bet your bottom dollar that virtually all of the crowd that does turn up on saturday, despite wanting SISU out, will have made no effort whatsoever.
To be honest it shows that the club is in disarray from the bottom to the top.
So much for loving your club.
Despite every thread these days derailing into SISU talk which I can read in every other thread, in a bid to talk about something different, am I the only football fan these days who still LOVES the FA Cup?
The 3rd round draw is one of my favourite days in the football calendar. Even when we get an uninspiring draw like this, there's still that little bit of magic about the FA Cup in my eyes. Maybe I'm just an old romantic at heart?
Yea for the palace tie last year there were 8k, I didn't think we would get that high this year.the numbers that they're claiming have been sold sound a bit off. I find it hard to imagine that with season tickets out of the equation they're on target to get around the same attendance as they do every week. Maybe things really have bottomed out and we're down to the absolute hardcore that will go no matter what.
Do we know what kind of side Southampton are going to put out? Is it bad of me to really hope they put out their kids and any random homeless people they can find in a bid to keep their squad strong for the league so we can take advantage before getting Man City away in the 4th round and causing the years biggest upset before continuing onto the 5th round and ....
With all the misery of our impending relegation, a nice Cup win would certainley soften the blow.
Clive Platt to be the 2012 Keith Houchen, mark my words.
Well, Lambert got sent off last week so that's him out (unless they've appealed it). I would think they'll put in some squad players so they can concentrate on the league. I'd say the same for us but I'm pretty sure those that play ARE the squad.

Agree, despite TV and The Premier League generally devaluing it over the last few years, always love the Cup.
