“Rubbish” seems a bit harsh. You think we will get 18k at st Andrews or wherever else we are playing away from cov next season ?
No the post was leaving out any arguments about where we play, bring playing outside cov into the equation & that has a big impact, no matter what the division.
We are poorly supported considering we have Nuneaton, Bedworth, Rugby, Leamington, Warwick, Stratford, Atherstone and to an extent Solihull. We should have 30-40k hardcore
Suffolk Sky Blue... and on both recent wembley trips, the train had quite a few going from Ipswich station
I think next season, presuming we are back at our rightful (albeit tenanted) home, I’d be disappointed with anything less than a 15k average and a couple of 28k plus attendances. Trying not to think too much about the equivalent at StAn.
is there any reason why we think we will be back at the ricoh ?. Court case still continues and little sign of it stopping.
Unless you've got a twat of a son-in-law who supports the scum Villa and has brought my grandson up to support them as well! More reason to bloody well hate them!Right again- and it is a big part of it.
I’m hoping for a combination of common and financial sense from both sides. Won’t hold my breath though.

pretty big factor for the argument isn't it, unless you know something we all don't. Even in Cov we will struggle as people have walked away. In Brum (or West Brom) we will really struggle to put thousands more on the gate and if we do, it will be mainly due to the quality of the opposition
Is there really a significant number of supporters who have walked away and won’t attend in Cov?

time will tell if the several thousand who used to go to ricoh but dont go to Birmingham will return. You may well be right
Same height... thanks for the reminder that I need to lose some timber.
The Northampton ground share angered fans a lot more and they returned when we were back at the Rioch?
We often did perhaps not 40k but often mid to high 20s but when you have idiots reducing the stadium capacity from a 40000 to a 21000 all seater including away fans what do you expect, capacity increased a bit later when some terracing returned but the damage was done. Once the new East Stand was built our capacity was just over 23000 with away fans at 4000 so 19k maximum home support. We are poorly supported considering we have Nuneaton, Bedworth, Rugby, Leamington, Warwick, Stratford, Atherstone and to an extent Solihull. There are still 30,000 hardcore - When the time is right and if we ever did return to the Ricoh as a member of the Premier league it would be sold out every weekWe are poorly supported considering we have Nuneaton, Bedworth, Rugby, Leamington, Warwick, Stratford, Atherstone and to an extent Solihull. I’m always trying to put weight on. “When you hit 30 it will happen” didn’t happen.
“Mid 30s” hasn’t happened.
Grade 0 - attends forest green rovers in the pouring rain in the leasing.com trophey, and hasn't missed an under 23,21 or 18 game since 1984There are different levels of fans so if you include all variants then at least 50k based on Wembley
I say the above with caution based on the below table
grade 1 fan home or away regular attendee of a game , not having a pissing contest about if you go home and away or just home or just away , the fact is you go .
grade 2 fan someone who can go occasionally follows club generally
grade 3 fan goes a couple of time a year ( me ) follows club generally
grade 4 fan never goes for various reasons but generally follows club
Grade 5 fan does not generally follow club would have no idea who the keeper is but would go to a cup game etc
just my thoughts and not definitive
I've been a heavyweight for years. I'm 5'9" and 100kg (just about 16 stone) I was 103kg before lockdown so somehow, I've lost a bit. Can't for the life of me think how?I’m always trying to put weight on. “When you hit 30 it will happen” didn’t happen.

Do we have a lot of fans from Warwickshire then? Nuneaton side I can see but south Warwickshire is pure disdain for the city of Coventry isn’t it?

I got a food poisoning bug earlier last week and lost 7lbs in one night. Found at one stage in the night that it was easier sleeping on the khasi than getting back to bed only to return to the bathroom again and again. A rapid weight loss not particularly recommended !I'm 6ft 1in (and a half. Don't forget the half).
I've put on a stone since lockdown through eating half my bodyweight in cake and biscuits and drowning in cider and Jameson's.
Shit, I'm gonna have to sort my fat bastard self out soon.

I contracted Campylobacter just before Christmas. As you say spent most of the time on the loo. Seemed to have had the world passing through my rear end. Hardly ate anything for 2 weeks and needed antibiotics to kill it off. Lost just over a stone and managed to put only half of it back on.
