The amount of clowns on here that refuse to admit Wilson is better. Couldn’t believe what I was reading on here this week.

Wilson has his moments but he’s never let us down as many times as Collins has. Beyond a fucking joke. Nervous wreck.
Apparently Collins is better with his feet...

Getting all riled up about how he should never play again will just make it worse when he starts Wednesday.
He’s an absolute disgrace, not even professional standard and I’ll be fucked as a keeper myself if he ever plays for us again, shocking, worse than Scott fucking Shearer for gods sake, rather play running keeper than him ever play for us again🤬

So - just seen 1st goal.

I was right when I said Collins took himself out of the game.
Poor poor decision to get drawn to the ball leaving the goal empty.

So you're suggesting to make up for the replacements shortcomings we change our tactics? Both keepers have major issues but surely its too late now to try and change the system.
It's only about 5games ago that we changed to this one,it worked very well.

During the game I thought the same as Shepardo1 regarding their 1st. The 2nd, I thought that Kitching caused the issue by heading the ball, watching it back he didn’t even touch the ball. Collins panics and gives the ball away….we all know what happened next.

That angle definitely doesn’t do Collins any favours as looks like he can lamp it through. Apologies Mr Kitching

I was in the concourse didn't even realise we were losing until I took my seat. I've just seen it for the first time and can't understand why Collins came out so far, it's obvious Kitching is going to pass it back, no danger at all. This is going to cost us a play off place.

At the time I thought Kitching had passed the ball back behind Collins but, having seen the replay a couple of times I can't see any fault in Kitching. Collins probably should have held back to allow Kitching space to head it back to him but he obviously thought he could clear it out himself. In fairness he could have done, but he didn''t.

With hindsight Collins would have been better staying on his line for both goals but then, if Burnley had scored, he would have been criticised for that.

GKs are damned if they do and damned if they don't

Is Wilson carrying an injury still I've heard. If he does play he should add a bit of confidence into the defence. With Collins it's going to instill insecurity amongst them and in turn they'll make fuck ups too.

He wouldn’t have been. He stays on his line, Kitching heads it back to him and the game goes on.

Oh.....and to top it all off, he comes up for the free kick in the last minute, gets a head to it moving it away from all of our players attacking the ball!!!!

I feel awful for Collins but he really needs to drop a level and get some confidence back. His distribution would be really useful in a defensive brexit team, some of his pings were fantastic.

Just don't think he's good enough at the shit stopping side of things for this level not with our defense and attacking style.

Collins is 100% to blame for the second goal, Kitching was in full control of the situation and needed Collins 10 yards further back so he can knock back that simple header to him, as soon as Collins closed the space he needed to make sure the ball went the opposite side of the pitch.

There was no reason for him to come charging out his goal for the first either, Kitching was positioned well and Collins just needed to cover his front post. Grimes has a simple ball to Thomas I think but chose to force it.

Collins time here is done, he costs us goals every time he plays, the defence have no faith in him, not does he have faith in himself. For the sake of his own career he needs to drop down the divisions.

Trying too hard 🤣🤣🤣

Ffs I'd try hard but I'd be fekkin useless too.
I wasn't going to respond but I will.
The easiest decision for both goals would have been to stay on his line and let the defence sort it out. Also probably the right decisions.
But he's clearly lost confidence and so he tries to sort it himself to compensate. That's what I mean by trying too hard

That’s the excuse I keep hearing.

Best excuse though is that ‘We only kept clean sheets in the play off run because of our defence’. Yes we had a good defence but if Collins was in goal we wouldn’t have made play offs simple as.

Yes we had a good defence. But people have forgotten the saves Wilson made to keep us competitive in a game. He wasn't making save after save but he pulled a number of good ones off.

I don't think I have seen Collins save anything that isn't routine and is responsible for some howlers.

I think there are several people on here who where so down on Wilson and bigged Collins up they are too embarrassed now to admit they got it wrong.

Oh that's ok then, make the wrong decisions, compound those bad decisions by fekking up, but it's ok because he's doing his best 👍

Honestly I’ve never slated a player all season but Collins and simms todays are the reason we won’t get a play off spot, back 4 wete nervous all game and simms couldn’t trap a bag of cement, burnley won’t have a better gifted game all season,

Simms is fine as a back up, id probably sell him for a little bit more than what we paid to be honest
