Nearly 11 hours without a home goal or point. I remember our forum early January with people speculating on the season ticket drop off for next season. 2 months later we are getting record gates. We are as fickle as the rest. Only the 7k who followed to league 2 are guaranteed

Ah you meant the club. We were also in very bad form for a similar stretch in 23/24, the club stuck with him.

I backed him then and when he was dismissed. My low moment came in L1. We lost away at Shrewsbury and I couldn't see how he was going to turn it around. He did and I'm grateful. It was because of that, why I was always prepared to believe we could turn it again and if you look at all the successful teams, in recent times, they have longevity and the manager is usually in for a number of window. I'd give Lampard the same support even if we lost every game in the Prem, knowing we'd be stronger the season after and with parachute payments too.

This season I thought he deserved more time, King this time did not and by any measure, his decision was justified. It was perhaps even what MR himself needed.

I think King had saw the signs the year before and had to act, it was mostly the same squad and they were drifting. King made the right decision for both Robins and the club. Unpopular decision but maybe Robins had reached his ceiling, although not proven yet if Stoke survive it will be interesting to watch them next season to see if he turns them around.

I can only quote the one Ipswich fan I regularly speak to and he is appalled at McKennas tactics. They are seemingly bound to get relegated if they carry on playing the way they currently are. Tried to explain to him that becoming a yo-yo team isnt the end of the world. I strongly suspect he had visions of Ipswich repeating the brilliant season under George Burley where they qualified for the UEFA cup 1st season after promotion. Was never, ever going to happen this time round despite their spending on new players.

Going from League 1 to the Prem in straight seasons is an incredibly tough ask in itself, never mind staying there. They haven't disgraced themselves and I imagine most of their fans are still behind him.

Could well be. The only plans we know of from King is to get promoted. But new owner getting rid of Lampard

List of outstanding charges on companies house. As I understand it, Macquarie loan Leics money up front that they would have received in later installments of a transfer. At a hefty interest rate I suspect.

Loaning the money from a company or owner should be covered in the same way. It should be spent at the same moment. Transfer fees and wages are paid out whatever.

They have pissed off both the EFL and the PLFA. Can't see anything but the pair of them getting together to make sure something sticks.
