I'm pretty sure it's the directors that will get investigated and punished not Sisu per se.

Sisu are responsible. Due diligence. You check things over to take on the responsibility.

There is a daily telegraph (i think) article which talks about how sisu always conduct extensive background research before committing to deals.

They have admitted to conducting due diligence on the club. It's their problem. They should have taken action on discovery.

Why do we need the CVA to be signed to lift the transfer embargo? TF and appleton think that Holdings sign and own the players. They aren't in administration.

Good point.
The FL believe the whole club is in admin, that's why we got docked 10 points
Even if we exit admin, we will need to file the accounts to get the embargo lifted, because, this is the reason we have the embargo.

James, you're talking about very angry fans here. I'm surprised they've been so patient about it. I would imagine when games start things will get nasty.
What do you want people to do? We can see with our own eyes what's going on. It ain't rocket science. There are a few on here advocating patience. Hah, how long for?
Give us a break. I'm surprised there hasn't been a riot. If this Northampton debacle had emerged last season there would have been a riot.
I'm no fan of gutter language but it is easy to understand people's anger.
The truth is Sisu are desperate not to be investigated. Any Sisu apologists on here can forget any protest. We're not listening anymore.
I'm just saying that it wouldn't take much legal work from SISU and their lawyers to get this site threatened with a big enough case to make Nick think twice. I'm bloody angry at the mess the club is in and the reasons for it and want shot of our owners as much as the next person but I'm not accusing anyone I've named of a criminal act. It's fine to say that football clubs have had money laundering happen at them http://www.independent.co.uk/news/w...-taxdodging-and-money-laundering-8672744.html http://www.fatf-gafi.org/topics/met.../moneylaunderingthroughthefootballsector.html http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2009/jul/01/money-laundering-football-anti-corruption and that one reason for buying a club would be the chance to launder money but I wouldn't link our owners to any of that without proof. Yeah we've been lied to and that's not something I would have thought any one could argue against.
