It isn't worse, but religion in many forms is behind so many attacks from all sides. You mentioned atheists, I just pointed out that they aren't and never have been an issue. Whilst I don't expect you to agree, and that's fair enough, if there was no religion the world would be a much better place for all.

Redistribution of the wealth of religions would be a good thing.

Stalin, Mao?? Killing Fields?

Atheism is also a belief system.

It seems that as we see with Progressives there is something that many who askew lets say traditional religion need to replace it with.

In a prior age they would have been the monks and the nuns.

Even the police are getting pissed off with the delay and think this is politically motivated two tier justice based on ethnicity.

“However, more than four months on from their arrest – 123 days to be precise and counting – there are still no charges despite the graphic CCTV footage.

Why, is the question a growing number of people are asking. To put this in context it takes, on average, less than half that time, just 55 days, to charge someone who has been arrested for an offence of 'violence against the person', which includes everything from assault to murder. In the most straightfoward cases, it can take only a matter of hours or days.

The images captured on video would suggest this was one such case.

In fact, the inquiries into Fahir and Muhammad by Greater Manchester Police were concluded in just over three weeks. But the lives and careers of the two officers remain on hold while life continues almost as normal for the brothers. 'It's usual for things to happen much quicker but the CPS is frightened of being criticised,' said an authoritative source in Greater Manchester Police who spoke to us on condition of anonymity. 'I suspect the political situation at the moment has a lot to do with it because of the ethnicity of the family.

'I have had conversations with the chief constable and the deputy chief constable about this. They are as frustrated as we are and as members of the public are but they can't say that publicly.'”

FFS, we're not still banging on about a two tier justice system are we?

Do your own research. The average time it was taking for cases to get to court was 200 days or more back in 2023, and it's got significantly worse since then. There's a vast backlog in the courts and in the CPS case files, and strangely enough that also got considerably worse under the last government.

The only cases that got turned around quickly have been the rioters, which was a government choice to stem widespread disorder.

Everyone else has to grind through the system, no matter how black and white your personal opinion on it is. It's not a fucking conspiracy.

If this particular case upsets you, then that's down to you, but I can't see any evidence that this is being treated differently to any other affray, assault, or assault police officer case that happens in every town, every Saturday night.

@duffer Your stats are irrelevant.
Still think this isn’t evidence of a two tier “justice“ system? It gets worse and stinks more every day that passes.

Starting to think you might be onto something with this two tier kier stuff. The difference in response between the Barbour Appreciation Society and Just Stop Oil bringing London to a standstill was stark.

How much disruption did the BAS cause to the average Londoner whilst gathering around parliament?
How many ambulances did they delay?
How many cancer patients going for chemotherapy missed their appointments?

How many people might not need chemotherapy in the future if we convince govts to stop allowing carcinogens and pollutants to be pumped into the air/water?

Well, two non white males captured on camera committing the same defence the week before this white guy still haven’t been charged by the CPS. People will draw their own conclusions.TBH I don’t know the religion of any of the three people I have referred to in this post and it would be awful to revert to stereotyping.

Perhaps people who think everything is a stitch up against white people will look for evidence that reaffirms that view whether it’s real or not
And others will deny that evidence even when it’s staring them in the face.

Inactions speak louder than words in this case.

I posted something earlier in this thread saying the police are pretty pissed off that the CPS haven’t charged them yet. Who used to employ Starmer?

It’s pretty absurd when we know that the Met is still judged institutionally racist

Point missed
Point poorly made.

It was really racist of those police women to deliberately put their faces in the way of fists to enable two Asian men to be falsely charged with assaulting an emergency services worker. On top of which the deep fake video produced by GMP, where will it all end!

Racist plot failed, they haven been charged yet!

Whats your explanation for the delay, BSB?

Sorry Peter poor excuse. There has been plenty of time for what the video would suggest is an open and shut case.

Do you seriously think if that had been two white guys with shaved heads, Doc Martins and tattoos assaulting Asian airport staff that they wouldn’t have been charged by now? If you do you must be really naive.

There is no changing your opinion regardless. Which is why discussing these topics is kind of pointless, you’ve convinced yourself of an anti white conspiracy and that’s that.

I like to assume there’s a rational and logical explanation for these things because the alternative is the road to anarchy and I struggle with that

so in this order

Mistake
Incompetence
Not enough resource
Corruption

Surely not complicated enough for this to be a mistake or incompetence. Given the focus on this, I can’t believe that a “soupçon” of resource wouldn't have been redirected at this case. No problem resourcing the rioters or social media cases.

Leaves corruption I’m afraid, of the political variety, bringing the criminal justice system in to disrepute.

You are definitely just too nice Pete, leading to naivety.

Look at it another way. There are plenty of people in the demographics Starmer seems to be bending over backwards to placate that want to see a charge made.

For these men to be charged would be seen as a win for him at the moment.

but what about the two tier justice system? all the experts on here were implying the police officers involved were going to be scapegoated and everyone else let off.
