McNally has been solid. But today had a mare in first half, but so did the whole team.

It will be interesting to see how he responds to that performance? Anyone can have a bad game where nothing goes right for you. But really good players can just park that sort of performance and just get back in the groove.

It actually might help us assess whether he is the real deal or not? I actually thought he did improve during the game even if he didnt reach his normal standard.

Think he’s fortunate that 11 decent games have preceded today’s mess. I do think he was the worst in an awful defence. Did a single one of his passes find a City shirt in the first half?

Despite this, I honestly believe none of our players had a good game.
Not defending him..as he looked drunk, like most of his team mates. His out ball on the right hand was non existent as Dabo was woefully out of position every time.

His performance was summed up in one moment where he tried to clear the ball with right foot (missed).. It hit his left and went our fir a corner.

It was worse than sunday league.

He’s been superb since we signed him every young player has the occasional bad performance, just a shame it coincided with the entire team being shit.
Can’t believe he’s getting stuck when several “established” players who have had a lot of poor games are getting away with it

No surprise there, hes fucking pony

I've spent every game hes started screaming at the useless twat to offer an out ball and move into a better position all season, he never does it

Waste of space and he needs releasing

What a surprise, hardly noticed you on here for weeks. One bad performance and you’re like a fly round a cows arse.

I’ve been posting as normal Perry

He had a poor game today his first since joining, the team
Fadz was awful with everyone else. Stoke were bypassing him and his lack of pace showed.
Stoke played a god t tic with McFadz thei centre-forward steppe back a couple of yards leaving that little bit of space between them and McFadz who has never been a pacy CB suddenly looked 36 and with the two either side not playing great our back three looked exposed defending and going forward

Fair play to Stoke every one of their players looked awesome yesterday. That happens sometime in football. If they had their current manager at the start of the season, I think they would go up and will be a good bet for next year. However, we had three of our attacking midfielders injured and the players who score or create from midfield. Our substitutes had hardly played any games this season and gave us impetus without quality. Vik was clearly shagged out from his Sweden matches and Godden and Dabo are struggling for form following serious injuries. That said, we should have had an extra midfielder from the start. Easy call in hindsight but, we really don't have any midfielders fit. Played Stoke at the wrong time. The worry is Swansea (a bogey team) are coming into form. We had zero luck yesterday, even a Gustavo shot deflected wide off Vik. Easter usually defines where a team finishes. You never know

It was their passing and movement. Very simple game football.

That's something we do to other teams. But yesterday just very static.

Pass and stand still.
