Said it in my prediction. Sheaf does seem to be a confidence player. When we're performing like today, he shines. If we're struggling, he's the first to show nerves. Still a youngster in the greater scheme of things but he could be a star for the future.

Fair. I think he's done well in most games apart from the errors.
Shipley is one who's definitely a confidence player, looks really useful when we play like this.

On the other hand, when we do play our preferred game it does highlight Biamou's inadequacies.

Pushing the full backs on, and the whole team forward slightly, coupled with an increase in confidence and we look a much better side. Proves we’re more than capable in this league.

Appreciate Millwall have been poor but we should take some of the credit for that.

Well done to Shipley, he‘s found his form and stepped up today. Shame for Biamou though as the redirected criticism will go his way.

The biggest problem with our preferred game is that it requires one up top and we don't have a striker who can play that way in the Championship. All 4 of our strikers did well with it in League 1 but the defences are tighter up here and we're playing too many long balls for them.
