I think it is good to get as many views and ideas as possible. I just took exception to the comment that " no one would listen to my ideas."Now, while I'll actually be going to that meeting (nice of the trust to rearrange it to a Monday I can do rather than one I can't) don't you think there should be some mechanism for getting views from more than those who turn up to that?
This message board is as good a place as any for getting further views, surely?
The protest ideas are from fan feedback. They have been taken from the Trust open meeting from a few weeks ago. Some people seem to forget that any of us who join in with these protests are ordinary fans led by an organisation that is run by ordinary fans. If you want to put your ideas forward come to the Trust open meeting on Monday and put your views forward. They will be respectfully listened to by everyone there and if thought worthwhile and workable will no doubt be taken on board. What do you think we should do to try and get rid of Sisu? ( I am assuming you do want to get rid of Sisu!)
Do step forward with your own suggestions as to what would fit the bill. We are all ears....
No it's not. It's a load of "woe is me" self indulgent crapWell I have to say that's a lot more imaginative and worthy of attention than just brainlessly shouting "SISU out"
Although I do take Ian's point
So how do you get us to fill the ground this has talked about?Fill the ground with CCFC fans... Show the club and Wasps that as a fan group we are a significant number that care. If you want to protest still then everyone can fill the ground and all leave at HT - that would certainly get attention.
Protest as a group at a Wasps game. 1000 CCFC fans in the Ricoh singing the sky blue song for 80 mins will get attention.
So how do you get us to fill the ground this has talked about?
Also Wasps match has also been talked about but how much noise can 10 people make?
The problem in my opinion is 2 tiered. Firstly the problem of SISU. They either need to put up a viable plan and deliver it, or step aside and let someone else have a go. They haven't demonstrated at all they have the desire or capability to deliver something tangible long term.
The second part is that some of the problems that SISU are encountering currently will be exactly the same for a new owner. No ground, no assets, nothing of any value. Do we really want a new owner to come in and throw money around and then one day pull the plug because they're fed up of wasting money. We will back here again.
The model has to change. SISU leaving is what realistically we all want. But banging a drum loudly and repeatedly won't make that happen. If there are people out there that would be serious in taking on the club, then we want them to approach SISU in private and have a realistic chat about how to get a deal done. What we don't want is some piss poor affair through the local media (Dhinsa, Hoffman, Haskell) that has no substance whatsoever.

"CCFC fans today protested abotu their owners by attending a home game and singing..." - I can't see that one being particularly effective. SISU will more likely see it as an endorsement.
The "let's fill the Ricoh" idea keeps get trotted out but we can't even do that when we're doing well, so there's no chance of doing it when everyone's disaffected. Far easier to push for a complete match boycott....ideally if we get to a phase of the season when we're safe from relegation but mathematically can't get to the play-offs.
The thing is that Sisu, through their antics have, have conjured up a situation where no one will have anything to do with them, in fact are probably actively conspiring against them. Surely, when new owners come in that situation will change and all sorts of opportunities will hopefully become possible.
Both your ideas below were raised at the Trust meeting.
I'm really sorry to hear that Torch.Recently been diagnosed with a rare form of leukaemia, only six known previous cases of what I have in UK. Concentrating on not dying at the moment. Didn't intend to share on here as I don't know any of you, but you're such a prick I couldn't help myself.
Carry on .

So sorry to hear that, Torch. Hope you getting the very best treatment available.
Fingers crossed that any treatment you are getting is working for you and we all see you with clean bill of health real soon.
Are you still feeling alright within yourself at the moment? Not that the City would cheer you up anyway, but hoping that while you are under going any care you are not suffering too much.
Try to stay positive. Wishing you the very best of luck.
This is where our opinions differ. I don't see the filling of a stadium full of fans as an endorsement of the owners. I do however see it is an opportunity to show that we support our team irrespective of who owns the club. We've established pretty conclusively that SISU are not siphoning off money from the club, so they aren't getting any benefit from it, but the team potentially would in terms of income for wages and also the physical support and motivation of a packed stadium.
Surely having the dig at MK Dons and Wimbledon and stuff is a bit random when people will be going mad for MK Dons away?
The same as how when at Sixfields we proved our point about moving clubs by filling MK Dons away end.
No anonymity from me if I pass it going in
Maybe you are right.Nobody is saying that other people's battles should be fought, just maybe while being outraged about the club moving / franchising etc should maybe have not picked MK Dons as the one to pack out.
10/10 for effort.
Still say we should all dress in black for one game and everyone stand up as soon as kick off happens and hold a minutes silience
Any chance we can fill the coffin with Fisher, Joy or both?
Because of a fucking football team? Get a grip you gimp.
As for this mock funeral, I seen it as I was walking to the ground. Fucking never been so embarrassed in all my life, seriously, I was actually cringing for them. 6 overweight, dorito out your pants eating, cheese spread everywhere virgins of men doing that?
Should be fucking ashamed of yourselves. Get ya selves a Mrs and stop caring so much about fucking football.

No shit!Think you're on a wind up.....
I say fair play to them. Willing to put money into something that has helped to raised a lot of awareness of our situation.
Raised awareness? Like the 1600 other protests we've done which has achieved absolutely fuck all?
Sad acts.
