They knew anyway, there were a group of them in The Mill discussing the protests before the game. The whistles were kept from everyone, including our own supporters, for obvious reasons.
Anyhow, I was speaking to a Sheff United fan who is a customer earlier today, said it was the best away day he'd had in ages.
If the away fans buy into what we are trying to achieve great, if they don't they don't. It's a pity, but I don't see why we need to concern ourselves with the sensibilities of visiting fans when we're on our own turf.
