I've met a few, heard a few on phone-ins and theferrett said that those he talked to inside the ground blamed the council and not our owners in the row (so supported their view in the most literal sense).
So its fair to assume some support the owners.
Now if you don't support the owners in moving to Sixfields but go anyway then I think its a fair claim to say you are weak as you are not following your beliefs. I don't think there's anything particularly controversial about that statement.

Why is it tedious? People keep justifying nopm etc by saying if nobody went we would be straight back in coventry as of it is a fact, this is coming from trust people as well but where had it come from?
Who supports the owners?

because opinions are all we have...and are the cornerstone of most forums such as this.
You know what your right. I can't be arsed.
I can't be arsed to travel 3 hours extra each fortnight and miss putting my daughter to bed. I can't be arsed handing good money over to an organisation that refuses to listen to its customers out of pigheadedness. I can't be arsed to further support big business taking the game I love away from its origins for no reason other than profit. I can't be arsed to go and support players who earn ten times what I'll ever earn who forced this move through continual wage demands and who will all be gone, including the manager by the time my club is back home. And most of all I can't be arsed to subject my daughter to an addiction to a bunch of arseholes who would do the same to her.
The fact is. It's not my job to keep me arsed, its the club's and they've shown me quite clearly they couldn't give a fuck whether I turn up or not.

Again, so why is it being rolled out as fact by some people that if people don't go we will be back in coventry in no time? Why are emails from the trust being sent out saying don't go to games and it will help bring the club back?
You aint half missing some entertainment.

What a stupid comment. There is a difference between a need and a want.Listen to all of this belief and weak stuff, do you think petrol should be priced as it is for example? I believe it should be a lot cheaper so should I stop buying it on that basis? I can't as its a need, the same as some people have a need to watch the city.

Hi Nick
Do not think its a fact that people are trying to get over, more of a personal view.
In my oppinion and only my personal view from the little contact I have had with the FL they believe they are doing whats right for football and they think that a percentage of supporters are in favour of the ground share. They cannot make changes unless things are seen to be drastically wrong, well a Sixfields almost empty would be seen as a major issue and an embarassment and would be discussed.
Might not change anything but fact its discuused at board level whould help.
Other options, some should not even be discusse but things have to happen?
Sisu rent boy.
What a stupid comment. There is a difference between a need and a want.
err It was tongue in cheek--Weeyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
So you don't think some people see it as a need to watch their football team? I don't think it is stupid to think that at all.
It's not a need its a want.
To be honest I said it at the ricoh there should be a designated game where it should be empty, not because it would starve sisu but because of the statement it would make.
I do think the nopm stuff is being pushed on people too much like it is a cult out secret club, so much so it probably is making the odd fan actually want to go.
I think the fl just wants games played and don't care if it is in front of a man and his dog.
The thing is though I don't think the FL have a care as long as the game is played, then when you start trying to stop getting games played you are in a bit of deep water...
Stopping a game being played is not the answer.
So you are saying some fans don't see it as a need? Coming from a board member of the supporters trust?
I certainly have had seasons where it has been a NEED that I went to matches rather than a want.
Turkey is right, if you NEED to see football then you are one sad individual
err It was tongue in cheek--
Did you learn a lesson about sales and allocation btw??
I know, as it just gives fans bad publicity but if it is all the FL care about thats the only way to bother them.
Why is that sad and selfish? Is it sadder than people in their late 40's and 50's calling each other scabs? I doubt it.
Kind of ironic that a leader of a Supports Trust is saying football isn't really a need and is just a luxury.
