*sigh*
Try putting your point across in a less aggressive manner and with less bad language. Remember this forum is open to fans of all ages please. Let's not go off topic discussing rubbish like this. If you have a problem PM me and I will happily discuss.
Oh please may I respectfully request that you ask my fellow dear "fan" of CCFC (RFC) to post on here some corroboration as to his assertions of insider knowledge. His predictions have proved pretty fruitless and without foundation thus far, and so I am purely trying to establish how sound his knowledge is.
Kind Regards
Mature.
What do you want me to do ask Shakespeare for some inspiration in order to word it to your liking for you?
Obviously you don't remember the initial Appeal that ultimately produced the Appeal.
Could go either way but 3 Senior Experienced Judges. Who knows?
Certainly not me!
We are all fans ccfc92. We may have differing opinions from time to time but all ultimately want what we believe is best for the club. Grendel for all his faults is a passionate fan who I believe was a season ticket holder for a number of years pre sixfields. You shouldn't be so surprised.
Can you tell us who and I mean which company is paying the lawyers who are doing all this court work? Is it the club i.e. Otium Entertainment Group and/or SBS&L, or Joy personally or Sisu Capital Partners etc.
Because the Club lost £7m last year I seem to recall and if we're likely to lose a similar sum again this year I don't think adding the legal fees for a case that's not got much to do with the club (well it's about the council loan to ACL not the club) to our debt mountain is fair.
No, just get your point across without the abuse? It isn't hard to grasp.
I know there is no abuseYou are more than welcome to question him, just don't need to hurl insults while doing it.
RFC does deserve all he gets. So do I - I just don't complain about it.
tbf, RFC is always polite in his smugness
Okay it's multi coloured (swap shop) not black and white but if Sisu are hoping to use this as a negotiating tactic or bargaining chip it might be worth remembering something. ACL at the moment have a reasonable stadium close to the majority of our fans and set two conditions on negotiations. We have a need to be back in Coventry, both from the perspective of us fans and from the people bankrolling us at the moment (unless they're happy to keep funding us to the tune of many millions a year). If I owned the Club, I'd have appealed too!
This is not as black & white or simple as so many are trying to make out.
For all concerned, just wish it was.
"I cannot do anything about yesteryear or yesterday but I can influence tomorrow"!
That is the thing, I think a lot know he is talking rubbish but he isn't hurling abuse about but gets thrown abuse.
If I really were Weber Shandwick, RFC would be my star employee

But why talk rubbish knowing the reaction he will get? It just seeks to split and divide fans even more just at the time when we should be uniting even more!!
I have suggested that already and was assured he is genuine.

Let's get something straight. SISU/Otium only have 2 tools in negotiations. One's called Tim and the other is called Mark. To suggest that the appeal is a tool in negotiations is crediting it with a chance of success. Does anybody (except RFC) really think it has a chance? I doubt it.

I wouldn't assume everyone on here is a CCFC fan......
