sadly everyone could predict that, how on earth is that the winning culture / mentality to Pressley is trying to adopt

The winning culture isn't being proud of losing, it is winning at any cost and being gutted if we lose.

Back in the bottom 4.

Good god, did we honestly think this could be the case after that fine win against Gillingham those mere few weeks ago?

It's so tempting just to say I'm done with this tinpot, shithole of a football club. But I'll be back on skybluestalk tomorrow and looking forward to the next game. Why the fuck do I do it to myself?

tbf we didn't look over-coinvincing then either, after the first 20 minutes.

Yeovil was good, mind.

is what makes me reluctant to blame systems, more the choice of which players to play a system.

Am in total agreement there. The system is fine as long as you have the players to play in that system.

And why would we want one who did ok for part of a season a decade ago? FFS, let's move on if Pressley goes.

Who then? No "established" manager will touch this club.

'Cannot fault the application of the players, James Maddison was maginificent. He is going to have a bright future with this football club and we will all celebrate his goal on the bus home with a game of connect 4. Conceding bread and butter goals is something we must cut out even though there were four of them this evening, but when looking at the stats it was an even game and I must say we were unlucky and it could have gone either way. Oldham are a fantastic side but we aren't far away from being even better. Without looking for excuses we were without several of the key players this evening but I'm building a football club that the fans deserve. It's a 19 year project but we will do it playing the Coventry city way.'

7 games
6 defeats
1 draw

Unforgivable. He must go before we become stranded in this god awful league.

Neither would Black, he actually has brains!

Best we could possibly hope for is some manager who's done well with a poor budget.

Justin Edinburgh it is!

There was nothing 'fine' about that win, we were awful that night.

Course it was a fine win. I don't mean we played well, I meant we won and it was our first game back in Coventry and in front of a bumper crowd.

It was a fine win. I didn't say anything about playing well.

After 14 games last season we had 17 points

Taking into account points deduction we're 14 points off worse than this stage last season
