Notably, whilst saying he's frustrating, at no point did Robins mention fitness as a reason for why Cody hasn't been playing: it was very much that his all-round game isn't strong. Cody goes on to talk about how Robins has said he's going to help him improve aspects of his game-in reply to a question about whether it helps having a striker on the coaching staff at last. No mention of fitness there, either.

Can we now safely assume that Lynch's "source" is in fact Roy O'Donovan?
Yeah referrences to touch and control IIRC.

If he'd have tried to describe Roy's short-comings he'd have spontaneouly combusted...

I was referring to the possibility ,from the sound of him that he may be mentally handicapped not Thick or pissed nor physically handicapped.Trapped with a lower mental age than his true age,it is just a supposition though, like yours that he's a bit thick .To suggest that Joe elliots still involved ,or beneficial to the clubs fortunes gives the impression he's living in another world beyond the norm ,not getting an F in comprehension.

It's really quite the leap. What he said was not particularly amazing compared to a lot of calls.

I would start with the side that finished today not convinced about Henderson, Fleck seems a better option Cody will score loads just need to keep playing him even if he missed a few today he is in the position to miss. Agree with other posters he is our biggest goal threat.

Internet went down for the last few hours

Buzzing with the win, Mcdonald top goalscorer now with only playing maybe half the games. Sounded like a pretty poor performance but not bothered today, gonna be a very tough game on Tuesday. This week is an important week for us now, 2 home games now in the space of a few days. Win both of them an we will be midtable

I thought it was Fleck that really changed the game but it makes a difference playing Cody. McGoldrick is excellent as a target man, someone who will get it under control but once Cody was playing on the shoulder of the defender and Fleck was playing balls through to him, Oldham looked more shaky at the back. It was a poor quite game that only really came to life for City in the last 20 mins.
