It's aPonticelli is going to be one of those strikers that either gets a 5/6 or an 8/9 depending on if he scores or not.
Burge 6 Nowt to do! Distribution was shit! when is Oggy going to do his job and sort it
Grimmer 7 looks far better with support given by Ponti
Haynes 5 His defensive positioning is all wrong and will cost us more goals this needs sorting for next season
Concrete 4 Time and Time again he fucks about an costs us a goal doesnt seem to learn! nowhere near the player was before he go injured
Willis 7 One of the best centre backs in the league and would hold his own in the Championship
Kelly 8 At last he looks player when the shackles are taken off
Doyle 7 Knows how to manage games and his experience is helping our youngsters
Shipley 7 Although he played wel he has got to learn to keep the ball and not keep getting caught in possesion
Ponti 6 Worked really hard and covered well for the Grimmer-Man not a game to judge him on goal scoing ability
JCH 7 What a tough Sod he is! I bet their centre backs fucking hated every second he was on the pitch good foil for McNulty Note: when you do a lollipop take the fucking ball with you???
Mcnulty 9 he should be the leagues top scorer as he has to create most of his own chances if he was in the Luton side he would have had 30+
subs
Biamou 5 Steady, not his usual energetic self he has been in his last to appearance2
Reid 5 Got lots of skill and good player to bring on to manage the game out. Do wish he would drive into the box more and shoot
Barret 4 looks to have lost a bit of weight! not on long enough to judge
Great point. Alot like the best poachers in football, icardi, chicherito, falcao or grrat example of past inzaghiPonticelli is going to be one of those strikers that either gets a 5/6 or an 8/9 depending on if he scores or not.

Kelly was excellent last night clear MOTM display. Was given a more free role last night that he shone in. Enjoyable game.
Pressure onto others to perform today now.

If he had been allowed* to play like that all seasonKelly looked a menace last night, never seen him go forward like that before while playing for us... strong, determined, skilful with pace & most importantly most of his play was forward! if he played like that all season he would have been perfect partner for Doyle

Well I did anyway. His heading also isn't great and the ball more often than not goes higher than it does long.
Fair enough.I thought he was pretty good last night, just the costly mistake which was poor but he didn’t crumble under the pressure of it or the nuisance of Newton and the handful Revel was.
Kept his head which I’ve levelled him at a 7.

Fair enough.
I really like him, but didn't think he was that great last night.
Rhead is more like akinfenwa than revell to be fair.Alex Revel is a handful, he and Willis kept him quiet mostly which is a god warm up for Lincoln’s Matt Rhead.

When did Kelly turn in the best player in the world? His performance was amazing last night.
Not scoring any more goals has cost us a place in the league this evening

Cant understand the shipley marks. He did little and never makes a tackle. Him and haynes together is a real worry
We’ve not lost a league game since 9th December (Morecambe away) when they’ve started together
We’ve lost 7 times since then.
Vale - Stokes-Shipley
Exeter - Stokes-Shipley
Forest Green - Stokes-Barrett
Accrington - Stokes-Shipley
Colchester - Stokes-Shipley
Yeovil - Haynes-Reid
Notts County - Stokes-Shipley
Only one of our defeats since the Morecambe game has featured Haynes at left back and none when Haynes and Shipley have started together
Bit like jack finch and his 100% record that

Yes because it’s not what you want to read.
Not really a good comparison either, Finch only started one of the games you mentioned
We’ve won 60% of games stokes has started as left back
Yes if we want to go anywhere next season he needs to go and an established left back needs to be brought in.Shipley isn’t a concern for me, will turn out to be a superb player for this club. He’s come from nowhere this season and has contributed significantly. Next season he will be even better.
Haynes however, should be thrown on the footballing scrapheap. Cuts inside, passes sideways or attempts to cross only to go straight out of play. Let’s not get started on the defensive side of his game because it’s non-existent. I saw someone on here earlier posted that he’ll be playing in the Premier League in a couple of years. Always good to start the day with a good laugh.
He has the ability to ruin our season in an instant. Let’s just hope that Robins sees sense and puts stokes back in for the play-offs.

You say that, but, in our last 2 home games we've made four (more like 5-6 to be fair) horrendous defensive mistakes, and none of them were by Haynes. Grimmer, Hyam, McDonald have all made bad mistakes resulting in goals. Stokes isn't half the player he once was, and the game he was reintroduced into, we lost. In terms of mistakes, he's not been too bad - sometimes his positioning is a bit off, but again, most of our defenders have had those moments. As for mistakes directly leading to a goal, like McDonald's deflected clearance on Friday, Haynes is nowhere near as bad as some people make out.
So backs up my point about shipley then thanks. Haynes isnt a good player no matter how many stats you want to point out. He is on a par with stokes..not exactly a glowing endorsement is itWe’ve not lost a league game since 9th December (Morecambe away) when they’ve started together
