Why? Allen has been very good when filling in for Sheaf, his energy will be exactly what we need today after 3 games in a week.
And hes quicker on the transition, and he offers more of a goal threat than sheaf.
Because Sheaf + Grimes offer more solid protection infront of the back four.

Simms to come good today. Just got that feeling.

(Of course, if 'that feeling' was in any way reliable I'd be a millionaire sat on my own island somewhere instead of talking to you horrible lot.) 😄

I get top notch guesswork points albeit the wrong match.

I’m currently sat in a Greek hospital trying to get ifollow working.

I can see the buy video pass button but it doesn’t seem to be working. Does it only work right before kick off?

One day you might notice the difference between a home game and an away game. His scoring record at home is on the BBC website. Says it's better than Whittaker as well.
Very astute. One day you may notice this is the Coventry forum not the Sunderland forum and bugger off back there

I hope the players aren't as nervous as I am!

Sheaf played his first 90 for a long time on Friday. I think it is just a case of not pushing him too hard to soon. Keeping him injury free for the games coming up. Allen was playing well before Sheaf came back, that is why you have a squad.

Bidwell in for JDS I think is tactical, adding a bit of height to combat Plymouth's threat at set pieces. Could see the same against Luton. Sometimes it is horses for courses. JDS has played his best football in recent games, but I don't think this one would suit him.

Ok, maybe we’re too early?

I’ll keep trying. I was able to watch WBA ok and I was right before ko on that one. It was a different Wi-Fi though. Hope you get yours working too.
Just put mine on to have a look. It's working on mine. If you have a VPN set it to Luxembourg. Should always work there as they don't have rights to show it anywhere.

Otherwise make sure your VPN isn't set to the UK 😂

Getting a little nervous now. Wasn't at all on Friday.

I think a big part of it is us being away rather than at home.

Bank holiday Monday + kids with the grandparents = partner ‘hadn’t seen the game in the diary’ so expected an us day.

So, we went for an early brunch, nice food and a good few drinks and I’m now sat down to watch it!

Solid start, please let it carry on City!
