Could do with replacing Simms but no-one who's really capable of playing that role available. Maybe someone needs to kick him in the knackers or do something to make him angry?

Let's be honest, as a player, if you can't get yourself up for a game like this then you need a career change. Granted, it's a small pitch deliberately to stop good, passing football, with a shithouse team to stop good, passing football. But a game that should suit Simms down to the ground (big physicality game) and he's disappeared. Regardless of what league we find ourselves in next season, a MASSIVE overhaul of players is needed. Only players i would try and keep would be Grimes, Sheaf, Rudi, MVE (though i think we're destined to lose him regardless) and Wright. A few others maybe as squad players. Outside of that a complete overhaul is needed.
