Leicester at home to West Ham, who are likely to rest players ready for Europa Conference league. Hopefully Everton turn up and do the business.

Watching Man City v Brighton , Haaland up against Van Hecke, who was the donkey who put the awful tackle in on Vik last season away at Blackburn, it’s almost cruel.

How he is ever a PL CB I’ll never know, awful defender

Just seen more than a few of the Man City fans applauding the Brighton goal last night. Thought those things had stopped happening

A Southampton fan recounting his favourite last game of the season

The final day of 2011-12 comes to the forefront of my mind. After facing two relegations in five years, Saints forced themselves back to the top flight with back-to-back promotions following their final-day heroics against Coventry City in front of a record attendance at St. Mary's. The memorable moment was marked with a pitch invasion.

Heroics? Against Andy Thorn’s relegation fodder?

They scored twice in the first 15 minutes didn't they? Either way we fucked off back to the pub after that amount of time

We stayed until the end and must have been stopped dozens of times by Southampton fans to say nice things to us. Watching that team get thrashed 4-0 was the low point I thought, how wrong I was.

Just got the train from London to Manchester, (un)surprising amount of Londoners on the platform in United shirts heading to the game. My favourite was the guy who ended up sitting in front of me who said it was "fackin' disgastin'" that a young girl at Stockport was wearing a City shirt rather than a Stockport shirt or at least "the shirt of a proper local club like United". Without a hint of self awareness.

I just walked across Trafford Road Bridge to overhear a yank United fan talking about how he "wouldn't wanna walk around here at night"

Was speaking to a Man City 'fan' yesterday. He didn't like being asked how long he'd supported them then went 'I just support the teams who play the best football to watch'.
