Reckon that cross for the pen was flying out for a throw in, but never mind.
He’ll have to find a new excuse now he’s picking Hendo from the camel racing leagueMeanwhile Harry Kane has a hat-trick for Bayern, who won 7-0. When will Southgate stop picking him for playing in a lesser league?

Yep. Less than the average attendance of any National League team.Is it true he played in a game watched by under 1000 spectators?

Luton’s signings are seriously some of the most unambitious ever made. Ogbene, Brown, Chong, Krul… it’s like someone asked for a list of the most middle of the road Championship players.
I think the idea of building a squad that should be able to get out of the Championship again is a good one. But the players they’ve signed I’m not even sure will deliver that.
Don't think even that's their goal. Their aim is to get a new ground.
No, but it will now reduce any related debtWasn't the new ground planned well before the promotion? Surely they weren't banking on a promotion to pay for it.

Yeah based on our spending with £20m in the Championship, seeing MR entrusted with £40-50m in the Prem is probably not worth thinking about. Would probably buy the entirety of Barnsley's squad for £30m and then put £20m on Wright. And that’s fine. But there is an opportunity there to improve way beyond they’ve managed to. The signings are largely uninspired. It wouldn’t take a tonne of money to at least get a competitive team together (coming from a fan of the team that paid £7.7m for Haji Wright).
