I'm guessing they have a bet on Ipswich.

Not sure how they gave a corner then. Var trying to find something

That's a shocking decision, VAR once again proving it's a joke and not working at all.
But VAR isn't to second guess the ref.

The ref interpreted it was a high challenge which constituted serious foul play, he didn't miss anything that VAR needs to show him.

Not sure on the decision, but VAR was correct not to intervene.

I don't see how it can be serious foul play, to me it's a clear and obvious error and should've been reviewed.

I imagine the referee thought that Fernandes made contact with his studs, as it looked from a certain angle, which makes it look worse than it was.

I don't see the argument. He slips, tries to take the man out cynically and makes a high challenge.

Intentional, probably not, stupid, yes, can see why a red was given.

Disagree. The referee saw a high challenge, which it was, it's not a clear and obvious error.

About as much chance of him getting injured as me getting off the settee for another beer.

Ten Hag given a vote of confidence by the Man U board. I suppose they had to as they only recently rewarded him with a new contract.
