How did SISU's relationship end with Southampton back in the day? was it a similar route and did they 'walk away' with taking a hit. I know it is a slightly different scenario but just interested to see how they tackled that situation before.
They never got to the investment stage

no it demonstrates that they made a business concession to. assist the clubs financial state..... that was rejected...... it isn't binding nor does it prove there is a flaw in the rental contract or licence.................... so the original contract currently stands.

But it would be for a court to decide that the rent is due. ACL haven't taken those steps. There is, however, a crystallised dispute that can be demonstrated on and adjudicated upon by a third party.

The court hearing on Friday will not address that issue.

The court has already decided the rent is a valid due debt last August and December. How many times do you have to be told this? Friday's hearing is not about who owes what. It is about CCFC's ability to operate solvently and pay its debts as they fall due.
