If we stay at the Ricoh - SISU or no SISU they’re in control. They’ll be taking any cut of anything we earn.

The idea of a new stadium clearly unsettles the council and Wasps, hence the constant “they need to stay at the RICOH”

And if we build a stadium Sisu propco “controls” us.

Or in less snowflake speak: are our landlord.

Fair play to those fans that are participating on this protest, I think as other posters have stated a lot of fans, me included, have lost faith with the Trust, a lot of their protests seem to be aimed directly at SISU or in moments they should remain impartial they don't.

Is it coincidence that a bid goes in for the Club yesterday, Councillor Duggins supports a sale to a new owner and the Trust pop up with a statement this morning stating that the offer from Hoffman is "generous" - I think not.

No it is all just a massive coincidence.

Problem is a lot of people aren't buying it as a coincidence anymore.

Just watched the video of them meeting the Wasps chap. No idea who it was, never seen him before, seems Richardson and / or Eastwood didn't deem it important enough to show up.

Summary is Wasps point blank refuse to even speak to the club unless the legals are dropped. After Moz had said his bit someone off camera asked why they couldn't agree a deal subject to the legals being dropped before signing it and he couldn't really give an answer.

That was it, only 3 or 4 minutes and then our fans bizarrely gave him a round of applause.

It was the Commercial Director that met us and I was the one that asked him that question at the end. When he replied like he did I pressed him again on it but it became obvious I wasn’t to get an answer I was happy with. I’m not sure why some clapped him but I can’t control what people do. To be honest I wasn’t expecting anyone from CCC, Wasps, the EFL or SISU to meet us and we’d be handing over the messages over to a receptionist like we did at SISU. So far Duggins and Ridley met us and Wasps sent someone from within their management to meet us. We’re on the way to the EFL at present and they’ve called Moz to say someone will be meeting us and a small group are welcome to go in to do so. If someone had been there at SISU maybe those that shouted wouldn’t have had to do so to be heard.

Of course they don't want to lose the "power" they have. People don't want them to lose that "power" either, strangely.
Much like the Eu argument this. We won’t be building a new stadium so it’s a red herring. The best is a long term deal with wasps at the Ricoh. You know that

So shouting and sitting in a sleeping bag was going to mean SISU turned up to speak to you?

You aren't talking to people who swallow any old bullshit here ;)

Is the takeover news yesterday completely out of the blue as well?

Spot the difference

The worrying thing is, people like CJ genuinely think it is "pressuring all sides". Either that or they think people are a bit slow and won't notice.

On the other hand, I'd much prefer they did this than encouraged things for Saturday so hopefully it will mean that is instead of.

The other difference is that Sisu didn’t deign to discuss anything with them. Moz has shown he can have a conversation with them so why not talk. They should have done so

So you are telling me somebody from SISU would have got an applause?

It's a PR stunt, Duggins was there to get everybody forgetting about him not bothering with the Parliament meeting last week when everybody else turned up.

Who knows!!

Basic bottom line is to turn up. I wouldn’t applaud unless there was genuine dialogue. Certainly wouldn’t if I didn’t get an answer to the question asked of the wasps guy

Should be a get talking to all involved

Do you genuinely think the council are worse for the club than Sisu?

I'm glad they're out and about and hopefully prompting the media covering it to ask some questions too, but I'm not sure about wearing the yellow vests.

Did you ask Duggins why he didn’t attend the Westminster meeting? If I was Sisu I wouldn’t turn up either. They know full well they’d get abuse etc.

That’s pressure for you. A round of fucking applause. Bet their CD was sweating when he got back to his desk.

Would you not have preferred the Council leader to have gone to a meeting with the other decision makers in all of this rather than pose for a picture shaking hands and speaking to the press saying that the club should be sold? It's all one of those massive co-incidences again.

I don't think any of the parties give a shit about CCFC, SISU are here because of the council and previous owners.

Who did you contact at SISU prior to turning up in order to meet them like you did with the council & Wasps?

Our fanbase mocking the protesters. I really don't get it. Maybe we deserve to get kicked out of the Ricoh.

I don't get it either.
There's been a lot of duplicitous, snidey shit going on recently and it's been rightly called out here and I've had my own issues with the trust and particularly the council but I think today was a good effort and fair play to those involved.

Protester fans applauding the decision to kick us out... don’t really get it

Because they will refuse to deal with CCFC if SISU own us which means SISU will then have to hand CCFC to Hoffman and then live happily ever after. If that fails and CCFC move for a groundshare then a new club will be started who can play at the Ricoh.

It's obvious, Wasps are helping! ;)

Targeting all parties, happening today
Do you really not understand the issue people have with the Trust?

Today is a good example, as you say it is supposed to be 'targeting all parties'. What has actually happened is a 5 min stop at the council house to wave SISU out banners, wearing SISU out t-shirts while being wished well on their protest at SISU HQ later in the day by Duggins. Absolutely no pressure put on him to do anything or explain his recent actions.

Then on to the Ricoh to pressure Wasps. Less than 5 mins there where a chap is sent out to say they will refuse to even talk to the club. Again SISU out banners and t-shirts. Again no pressure to answer difficult questions before giving him a round of applause.

Off to London to SISU HQ. SISU out yellow vests are issued, Johnson and his cronies are in sleeping bags on the pavement, SISU out chants, banners and t-shirts. Unfortunately, as predicted, nobody from SISU is there so they're protesting to no-one.

We want pressure on all sides. Not fucking applauding the very people who are kicking us out,
