Yeah we could have won but I'm not sure the performance screams improvement and a team ready to surge up the table

Could be a case of just needing a win to get out of a funk but I'm not confident it's definitely just that

It's always hard to perform to the level you can when you're in a rut and playing nervous . People are putting way too much emphasis on performance when at the moment we just need points , once we start picking up points the players will naturally grow in confidence

I think it's important to say I'm coming from a POV of wanting to be in the promotion mix when I say we are playing poor

I'm not worried about relegation personally.

Am I in the wrong to say Wright could have done more to close down the initial pass up the line?
Not excusing Dovin, dreadful from him.
I love Haji, but I’ve given up ever expecting him to press or close down, he just isn’t that guy and seems to have no interest in defending from the front.

If you could combined his technical ability with BTA’s work rate you’d have an absolute demon up front.

I actually want to believe a new manager will sort this, but seems so much worse than that. I think it’s just a poor team. Agree with most that this is not a blip now. I think we have to accept what we are and work to survive relegation (even if that means setting up to get 1-0 shitty wins). If we survive, we’ll have to rip up and re-build….again.

Just like you when fans voice a negative opinion about the manager then

When things are being said that aren’t true, yes. Like saying things such as “no improvement at all” when clearly there was. And pretty much everything you say, which is ridiculously negative even when we’re winning.

That match was anything but convincing, but it hasn’t changed my opinion - Robins should stay.

I’m liking our new formation, Robins just needs to find the right players for the job. Torp will come in for Eccles, but getting the front 2 right is crucial. Once that clicks I think we’ll do better in front of goal.

as close as we can to the team that actually played fairly well last year

What an odd question

What's odd about it?

What's the plan for the season? What's the aim? What are we going to do to turn it around?

Luton being a hit and miss team isn't going to help us across the rest of the season

Genuinely intrigued why you aren’t worried. We haven’t performed well for six months now imo. Happy to hear you make a positive case to convince me!

That fucking pants goal to concede sums the season right up doesn’t it

We weren’t great, but they were awful and I couldn’t see them scoring before the goal, I don’t think they could have grumbled had we won

Least we didn’t fully shoot ourselves in the foot and lose but you’ve got to be winning them ffs

We just need to start picking up points , let's just worry about that for now
