Genuinely intrigued why you aren’t worried. We haven’t performed well for six months now imo. Happy to hear you make a positive case to convince me!
I don't personally think we have shite players and we have a modern day legend as manager. We are playing poor but will only get better odds are imo

Well stay up. I just don't want the season to be solely about that

It wouldn't be so bad if we played the top teams like WBA, Sunderland, Burnley etc in the opening 11 games. But the only top team we've played so far are Leeds. The fixtures won't get any easier for us in the future.

It looks like something massive has happened behind the scenes and all confidence and belief has been drained from these players. I can accept one or even three players out of form, but in reality, it's like the whole team has been affected.

I love Haji, but I’ve given up ever expecting him to press or close down, he just isn’t that guy and seems to have no interest in defending from the front.

If you could combined his technical ability with BTA’s work rate you’d have an absolute demon up front.
What do you mean by technical ability? He is poor holding the ball up, poor heading, average passer and not a natural finisher (apart from taking a penalty). The only assets he has is pace and being two-footed. Occasionally he has a trick to move past a player.
The same can be said of Simms except Wright's first touch is better.
I have more patience with Thomas-Asante because of the work he does off the ball, which isn't the case with Wright and Simms.

Feel a bit for Dovin tonight. Played well either side of the goal.
The worrying thing is, for all QPR's possession, he didn't really have a lot to do, he was only really called upon once, for a fairly routine save, and you have to say, completely failed. It's systematic of our season so far, very fine margins are costing us far too many points.

It's always hard to perform to the level you can when you're in a rut and playing nervous . People are putting way too much emphasis on performance when at the moment we just need points , once we start picking up points the players will naturally grow in confidence
And you can sense that desperation in the players too as their decision making is getting worse and worse.

Eccles shooting (and getting injured 🙄) when he should have passed to Rudoni and of course Simms at the end.

They weren't the only poor decisions either. Folk can't pin it all on Robins.

We’re papering over the cracks of another woeful performance, against a very poor QPR .
No quality on show & a lack of confidence that now runs through our team .
Saturday has got to be the managers last attempt, to forge these players into anything resembling a top six team ……isn’t it ?

Now idea how MVE played the full game. There player destroyed him defensively and attacking
We've an obsession with width for the sake of width.its not like we're raining in crosses when we get wide. Ball normally gets passed back inside rather than us hitting the lines and crossing
Plus midfield has to take a chunk of the blame for MVE. He bombs forward then midfield lose the ball and he's caught way out of position.

It’s ok though because apparently we were in control of the game for a bit before they scored. Some will say fans are wetting the bed but we’ve been dreadful against a dreadful side. Shite.

Luton are also all over the place in fairness , so what to expect who knows .

All I know is if you're robins in this place isn't going to be of interest for you , if you are robins out , the circle jerk is in full swing
TBF QPR were supposed to be all over the place.

It's amazing to read how bereft everyone sounds on here. I suppose some of it is emotion of the match but obviously the build up of the last few matches. I really don't think our team is as bad as people are making out and I don't think Robins has lost the plot. We're in a poor run and confidence is low. I actually think a draw away from home is ok, whoever it's against. To turn around a poor run of form will take a few games and maybe this result is the start of it. We need some of our main players to come back to form and I think we'll be fine. I genuinely don't think we'll be anywhere near the relegation zone this season. Keep the faith!

Next game back to 433

Dovin
MVE Thomas Binks Da Silva
Sheaf
Eccles. Torp
Sakamoto simms Wright

as close as we can to the team that actually played fairly well last year
If Binks plays we are nailed on to concede.

For all his faults, it has to be Kitching for me.

What's up with Milan? He was never short on confidence! Now look totally bereft of it.

To be fair, and I think he's been poor this season, he was up against a very decent player when the Japanese lad came on.
Believe the only reason he never started was to rest him.

He really really struggles without a player like tatsu in front of him. I’ve said it from the start MVE does not beat his man enough or provide enough, had a bright (short) spell last year but he looks like he has zero confidence defensively and going forwards this season

Well I have faith in a bloke that's Done fantastic for us to turn around the bad spell .

In fairness that's probably one of the most logical amd sensible opinions on here atm

I wouldn’t agree it’s logical or sensible, but fair play to you…

I’d love you to be right, but if we keep on the way we are when are you going to admit you’re not?

How’s this for a small world… I’m watching the game on a small boat (about 30 people on board) headed to a random little island in the middle of the pacific and a guy notices I’m watching the game and is also a ST holder and we watched the rest together. 🤯 Even in the arse end of nowhere there will always be a Cov fan somewhere.

Shame couldn’t hang on but it will turn. Keep the faith. PUSB

Yes, both their wide men had good games. Was it Smith on the other side who whipped in some great balls across the box? I was glad when he went off as DaSilva as usual couldn’t compete.
