Ref again (3 Viewers)

Well yeah, if they are going to be picky and demand things then they need to do it for both teams don't they?

The Burnley Ref was a good example.
Do they? If he'd only been picky with Burnley, you wouldn't have said a thing.

Booked Collins for time wasting but not Hull, despite the fact the Hull player was down injured.

Impossible to tell from that angle, was mighty close though.

The foul on Sheaf should be a penalty in my eyes. The argument will be because he's managed to get the shot away then the challenge had no real impact. In truth, you almost never see them get awarded in real time but occasionally with VAR.
McF once had a penalty awarded against him for ‘intent to foul’. What happens after the foul should be irrelevant unless it’s a goal

Fascinating watching the POV cam. You can see fuck all can’t you? Really should have a ref in the stands I think working as a team.
Exactly what I thought. Looks fucking solid. To your point a ref in the stands or even in the video room but as "live support" instead of just VAR would be helpful. Like hey I saw that and think it looked a foul to me...without taking 5 minutes to VAR it.

Other sports have multiple refs on the pitch and it seems to work

I can't work out whether this is just shocking positioning from JDS or whether it's tactical that he drops into that almost CB position here and Wright should be back helping out.

Either way it's an absolute shambles

Fullbacks do seem to defend very narrow these days and almost let wingers have the ball out wide. At least ours do lol

It's tactical. The idea is being high & narrow meaning we compress the space they have to play in.

Given that they showed absolutely zero evidence of the ability to play through us all night & their only threat was the long ball into the right channel, it's a bit naïve in my opinion that we persisted with it when comfortably in front.

Absolutely that should have been.

He cleaned him out; i.e., he challenged his opponent after the ball had gone. That's a foul.

It came from rudoni moaning about a throw in and leaving their defender to take 3 of our players out of the game with 1 pass.

JDS is meant to be there, if you look at the gaps between the defenders they are pretty uniform

Either wright or a midfielder should be further back

Rudoni?
grimes is out of position too
And then lati
Kitch
And ultimately dasilva
Even then the shot is half arsed and you’d have hoped a block could have happened
V annoying they were very poor apart from the keeper
It started from the throw in. If rudoni wasn't moaning and marked his player the whole chance doesn't happen. Blame who you want after that but ultimately he could have prevented it from the start.

Can't remember a season in which 3 absolute stonewallers are denied by seemingly the only person in the ground (and with a better view than those watching from the stands) who doesn't think an offence occurred
