Lancaster had to go. No option after the World Cup farce. Whoever replaces him though it will be a struggle. I don't think the talent is there to be world beaters....bit like the football and cricket really

I noticed they have said they want a head coach with international experience - so foreign then. Quite ironic considering their stance on selecting players who play in foreign leagues.
