According to you this is all part of a planned and coordinated conspiracy set to distress CCFC so that a wealthy consortium can buy the club on the cheap.
What I see is a club run into the ground by the current owners where fans in their droves have given up going, not through any coordinated boycott, but simply because they have lost hope and faith that things will ever get better.
From the very start of Hoffman's interest you have been completely negative towards him and the bids he has made. Another investor appears on the scene and you can't accept this as being good news, it is all part of "the conspiracy", the "hidden agenda" that you constantly hint at and only you can see.
I don't think there is any conspiracy but if there was and this group were using tactics to get at Sisu and ultimately take control of the club then I would be supportive of what they were doing.
Back in the real world almost all City fans would welcome new owners with open arms. It is only you and a few others who see intrigue where there is none who try to put a dampener on what can only be good for CCFC.
Of course you will say that you, like everyone else want Sisu gone. This certainly does not come across in the way that you try to disparage those who protest about Sisu and the things they have done or those who are trying to buy the club.
Tynan. You going to embarrass me now and tell me he's long gone?? :emoji_anguished:

I know our staff levels have been cut to the absolute minimum but theres no excuse for not responding to mails like that. Should be a priority. Most of it would be cut and paste anyway most likely.Tynan. You going to embarrass me now and tell me he's long gone?? :emoji_anguished:
Email the ticket office or one of the other standard email addresses. It is shit that he didn't reply, but to be honest if I get an email directly to me at work it gets ignored. Cover all bases if you want a response.
I think also, you/we need to think about why people are not buying. me? I'm not boycotting, I just can't be bothered. I sent an email to the club asking questions about the membership packages, as I was thinking about moving from premium to an even higher cost seat. No answer. So, if they aren't bothered... etc.
“I’d want, out of the 43,000 who went to Wembley, half of them to commit to season tickets."
Do we think that will ever happen at CCFC?
Who said that and can we get a doctor out to him ASAP.“I’d want, out of the 43,000 who went to Wembley, half of them to commit to season tickets."

you might change your mind when they reveal the next investor ?
It's one of the latest drip fed snippets on the telegraph from the Overson interview.Who said that and can we get a doctor out to him ASAP.
People aren't buying the tickets because of the way the club has been run and what they see on the pitch. Football fans aren't sheep, they are not a race apart. If what they are paying for isn't very good then they will stop paying for it. They are very unlikely to listen to a random business man who most have never heard of before today and decide not to buy. That business man would also be pretty naive to think he would have such an influence. It seems to me he is simply commenting on a fact. Lack is season ticket sales don't need to be encouraged, it is happening already. Are people being deliberately thick? You've got one of the investors in the Telegraph saying if we don't sell many season tickets it might force SISU to sell up. How can you not interpret that as encouraging a boycott?

It is very sad that our club has reached a point where only 2k people commit for a season, something that Fisher and Sisu are solely responsible for.
I get that and I've said be for that's fair enough - its not exactly a fun Saturday afternoon out. But we've had Hoffman, the Jimmy Hill Way chap and now this guy all talking about not buying season tickets. Whilst no one has come out and formally announced a boycott its not hard to connect the dots and there are people who would be influenced.People aren't buying the tickets because of the way the club has been run and what they see on the pitch

I said he wouldn't influence fans. It seems he hopes it might have an impact on Sepalla. So if he can't influence things, what is the intention of the article today?
For one thing surely they would have done it at the time of the first bid well I would have. But then again perhaps they are as incompetent as SisuAre people being deliberately thick? Would you be influenced? I would make my own mind up. The fact is that I probably will renew next week. If I genuinely felt not buying a ST would get rid of Sisu quicker, then I wouldn't buy. I support the marches, the Trust and the actions of the Jimmy Hill Way group. However like most people and like you I am sure, I will make up my own mind.I get that and I've said be for that's fair enough - its not exactly a fun Saturday afternoon out. If they complete the takeover and drop it to 150 and refund those who have paid full price I think they might make it to 10k.£150 a pop it would have happened this season!!!!!!!!!
well maybe not 21.5k but i think we would have had 8-9k st holders at that price. and thats just year one,if get got promoted it would be start of bringing fans back
It's not the amount ccfcway, I don't care if he bids £20M or £20 dead....Mr Overson has come in public to keep the ball rolling, its painted he's got a lot of money and hes said he's "willing to put money in and I’m not looking for a return. Lets get the club back to the city, playing in the city and back to the supporters..." To me, that's the words of someone not looking to invest money in something that is worthless, thats somone who has a few bob to throw away on something he feels passionate about.I am sure this guy didn't get to where he is by offering £20m for something worth virtually nothing
That's what makes me wonder if it's Hoffman and how she would be if a stranger wanted to discuss it.
who are these guys? what are they hiding? we dont want another faceless hedge fund to take us over!
...
why are you telling me who you are! now we know how much money you have, dont tell me this information, i dont want to know!
I reckon the final monies are being spent, was it not estimated at £0.5M.I'm just waiting for "SISU will cut budgets if ST sales don't improve", yet we're already assembling our squad without any real knowledge what the final ST figure will be... thus proving ST sales aren't effecting the budget so far...
I am not a business man. If he has made the money that he seems to have then he surely has some nous about the way that things work and perhaps what will get Sepalla's attention. They have been banging on about knowing who the investors are and proof of funds. Presumably now they know there is one less obstacle to discussion. The only thing that will influence her is money.
Why is an article with him telling the fans stuff they want to hear (dont get me wrong, loads of money on players etc etc is great) going to impact her?

If you mean by " telling fans what they want to hear" giving people hope, then yes I would agree it does that. I don't see any thing else behind this unless it is a coded instruction for supporters to man the barricades. I certainly don't see the code if it is. Just how many season tickets do you think will not now be sold as a result of this this article? Surely to have an influence on Sisu's thinking it would have do be at least 1k. Do you think we would have sold 1k more and do you think this article is responsible for them selling 1k less. (1k is a bit of an arbitrary figure). Pretty useless conspiracy if it achieves less than this don't you think?
It isn't saying I don't want to know. It's asking why are they suddenly saying it now? It's not so much who is, it's the full blown media assault in the telegraph and on the radio.
What does appealing to fans at the minute do? If they want fans to invest then they will.
He has sold the dream of investment in players, fans on the board, huge attendances etc. So what can we do as fans now?
we are in deadlock at minute. 3 bids rejected. ready for a 4th but want sisu to give them an inkling of what they want
talksport, telegraph whatever, yeh it is probably to get things moving somewhere somehow. that is not a bad thing though.
That's the thing, money will get things moving.
That's not saying I think they should give SISU £100m, it's just the sad truth of what will get things going.
How will loads of cov fans dreaming of a happy ever after get things moving?
yeah but they are shooting in the dark (or whatever the saying is) right now
its a game of poker, why throw 8m at sisu if they would accept 6m for e.g
