That would be bordering on the line of delusional to think it could even remotely be Tim..Isn't it too fucking late by then? It would mean we have learned nothing from SISU. For all we know it might be Tim Fisher knowing he can't be the front man in this bid.
I suspect he is trying to get to an offer that will be accepted. It's not down to me to give them chance, I will support CCFC if it was hoffman, wasps or the council.
It's down to him getting offers made up that will be accepted, addressing the debt etc instead of just saying how it was bought for a £1.
Unfortunately yes - i thought it was a bid odd, but there you goIn the real world presumably and not on here?

What i'm picking up here is people only want this to go through if we find out who the investors are?
This deal, although I think it was more an anti GH/JE stance.Want this particular deal done, or want a deal done as a general philosophy?
I only want it to go through if it's the right deal for CCFC.What i'm picking up here is people only want this to go through if we find out who the investors are?
He's been a big part of our problems of late, so no it wouldn't be much better would it? It's not Tim anyway, no point using him as a potential investor. If it was, it wouldnt be sisu so much better?
Well I think the way this deal is structured is very odd, I've seen nothing to change my view of this, and my anti JE stance is well-known around these partsThis deal, although I think it was more an anti GH/JE stance.
The deal will only benefit SISU anyway, what benefits CCFC is a new chance of rebuilding under the guise of football fans and not SISU.I only want it to go through if it's the right deal for CCFC.
Just felt that GH isn't the person to take the club forward. Need to wait for a better offer. (this did happen by the way, I am not one for shit stirring)Interesting. What were their reasons?

I don't think it's TF, but you've missed the point though. We've had 10 years of hell because no-one asked any questions when SISU strolled into town. In fact the very man at the right hand of Hoffman was knocking on our doors telling us to give up our shares to the only option of SISU. Fans have every right to be cautious of a guy who has put in several ridiculous previous bids for the club and is now backed by unknown investors. Everyone wants a deal to go through, but people would rightly like to know that this isn't out of the frying pan and into the fire. That would be bordering on the line of delusional to think it could even remotely be Tim..

So yes, I'd be against this particular deal, but not against a deal for CCFC. Who would be, apart from a nutter?

It's a risk I would be willing to take personally if it was my choiceI don't think it's TF, but you've missed the point though. We're in desperate times and hardly have a queue of people willing to rescue us from this SISU nightmare.Don't think that's true. I want this to go through more than anything but I also have lots of questions. We've been burnt in the past so should we blindly trust this new bid? Because it's Hoff or because it's not SISU isn't really good enough.

Personally I've not said people are against the bid, and of course people can question it. By now people should know my stance with SISU and desperation to be rid of them from our club.Don't disgree but many seem to confuse caution with being against the bid.

I don't like the idea of Joe Elliot being involved, I've had two running's with him and one of them was very heated where I was dragged away from hitting the twat, but that's another story.

It's when at your lowest you have to be at your strongest.I'm with you. I understand a lot of the concerns expressed by people and given that most of us welcomed sisu over 9 years ago it's probably right to be sceptical this time around, but I feel we are in such deep shit at the moment under sisu we haven't got the time or options to be choosy.
I think Nick's one of the investors, he's only offering amounts that won't be accepted as it's a great way of keeping the traffic on this site high.

He was trying to stop people who had tickets from getting into the church for Jimmy's memorial, my mum just walked straight in with ticket in hand and he shoved her back, I lost the plot and went for him only to be restrained (by some fan behind me, not police) until I explained what he did, they let us in through the other door instead.you can't leave it there mate FFS!!
I can't believe people are just posting on this important thread just to get it to the 100th page!
