I completely support the club clamping down on people using the wrong tickets, however if they’re asking for proof of DOB from people who have already provided it (even if it was 11 years ago), are we to assume that the club has lost that information?
If that’s the case I can see why people would be nervous about providing it again
You need approval from him. Get him to send an email to you. Or maybe phone him when you’re at the club? Can anyone me on this please? I am going to buy my brother a ST next to me tomorrow. He has his own member no, so when buying can I allocate it and pts to him?
If it was that long ago then I'd be glad they no longer had it on file due to GDPR.I completely support the club clamping down on people using the wrong tickets, however if they’re asking for proof of DOB from people who have already provided it (even if it was 11 years ago), are we to assume that the club has lost that information?

Should we break up this miserable circular conversation with a dot counters and nerds update?

I’m pretty sure though that they’re allowed to keep them whilst they’re still needed. If someone has been a customer that whole time then it would be considered to be a legitimate reason to keep it surely?
The only reason they can be doing that is to reduce STs being lent to other people.FFS just send proof of age. When I posted this I thought it was funny.
Like Hobo said, if you don’t like it pay full price.
Oh hold on a minute, I wanted to do that when I renewed. They wouldn’t let me, said I was too old.
Which is what they say they are doing. They dont keep the ID copies.
What they should have is something on the system that says "ID Checked" with a date, time and a staff member name so they know that the ID has been checked for that fan.
WOW!!I know I bore many of you on the Season Ticket Fund updates but I had an update from John (CCFC COO) this morning saying that Doug and the club wanted to help, appreciate what the fund has done and continues to provide with the donations from all of you and others.
We still had families and individuals we wanted to help but we can only do what we can with the funds raised.
I was overwhelmed with their support, they have offered to help with a further 28 season tickets from the club which will take us up to 99 for this year, just a phenomenal gesture, I am still a little tearful and emotional with this news but wanted to share with you.
This club and fans are just incredible.
Thank you everyone who has donated to make this possible. I may have to find a few more pounds now just to make it a round 100

Wonder what the increase in revenue isYear ago today we had sold 17'500 season tickets.
3500 plus more this year
Drink and kit sales will be higher on the back of more punters great decision not to increase ST prices.Wonder what the increase in revenue is

Dots are becoming more available over time in N,E,S,W stands and Premium... I don't understand why but I suppose the 21,000 total the club quoted might be about it.
We appear to have lost 500 odd sales, unless I'm missunderstanding it?
Think it’s that they weren’t showing as availableI thought that. Reckon it could be turned down finance applications?
are we using the leicester financial model to report our sales??Previous: Total 22,548 of 26,035 - 87% season tickets sold or unavailable
Now: Total 22,035 of 26,035 - 85% season tickets sold or unavailable
And yet there are no differences in the Stand by Stand figures.
Doug can't even get the dots right!!!
54959 season tickets soldare we using the leicester financial model to report our sales??
Actually a bit less. 2-3000 spaces currently on sale. 15,16,17, 19,20 all sold out. Others have under 10 seats. available.block 10 and 11 have 325 spaces left54959 season tickets sold
Yep, that’s why it’s better to buy early if you can.Pretty pointless trying to judge ST sales now that match day tickets are available. Anyone buys a ticket for any game this season and that seat becomes unavailable for ST sales.
