We only owe money to SISU.

To liquidate us would be to write the money they're 'owed' off. Unlikely.

I would say very unlikely.

Was also very unlikely Rangers would go under 12 months ago.

I'm not having people thank SISU for our current situation - that's ridiculous.

I haven't thanked SISU, I've questioned where we would be without them? The club was being badly mismanaged long before they came in.

That's how this discussion started a few pages back. That Sick Boy mong.

What are you going on about? I only suggested that SISU may have found co-investment.

Most of what you have written on here today echoes what I have been saying for quite a while.

Some of us do realise the last point as OSB has been making it for some time. Fisher this morning was talking about getting hold of some of the match day revenues "to put on the pitch". I have some difficulty squaring that with the Higgs negotiations because as I understand it that would not provide the revenues. There must be a third stream of negotiations taking place (1 being rent, 2 being buying Higgs trust shares in ACL & 3 being match day revenues). I think there is a lot going on behind the scenes that we're not hearing about.

They can't get hold of the revenue as this goes back to the compass/ACL joint venture company. Compass is a worldwide company and they ain't going to be doing any deals with SISU

Someone suggesting above that revenue streams will not help CCFC if they buy into ACL as it would all be going to the mortgage first? That's just silly.

If my business had such a restriction that my mortgage needed to be paid in full before I could use various revenue streams I think I'd find another banker!

It goes towards the mortgage ACL took out - ACL was set up by the council to keep the risk of the venture away from tax payers money.

None of the profits from ACL go to any of the shareholders until this is paid off. Majority of the profits get spent on improving the venue - I.e the 4 million they have just spent on converting the old gym into more hotel rooms. Why do u think the profits look lower than they are.

there might be more to the Thorn sacking... maybe there is new investment, and if there is, they may want a different man to spend their money? Maybe Thorn wasnt trusted to spend, all this great scout stuff, for every Gunnar, Dann and Fox there is a Bell, O'Donovan and Ellery Cairo

Agreed, after all Gunnar Dann and Fox have hardly set the world on fire after leaving us. Yes, can spot a player, but who can't?

Apart from he didn't actually scout any of them.

Fox & Dann joined nearly 6 months before he arrived and Gunnar was recommended by Heidar Helguson.

Hard to say which were his and which weren't until he was appointed Manager; and i'd say his signings were good as Manager.

With wanker owners he managed to bring in Norwood and Nimely last season.

And that's the point.....profits can go towards the venue that would include CCFC. There are more ways than one to skin a cat as they say!
