Perhaps it was decided at CET (Franchise PR HQ) that releasing of the information wouldn't be prudent until after the Anderson interview, Wasps stopping talks etc. Otherwise it might not look good.

Maximum opportunity to make CCFC look at fault again.

Simon is just the CT tea boy remember.

As OSB pointed out you can have company updates at companies house on alerts. Are we really supposed to believe that someone of the litigious nature of SISU don't have all their "enemies" on alert at companies house so they know every little detail about them?

Then again they apparently didn't do due diligence on CCFC so anything is possible.

I'm not buying it for a moment though. You take it hook line and sinker if you want, that's your choice.

Taking it hook line and sinker? I'm keeping an open mind that is all.....and it was ccfc not sisu who responded to the story. And it is still a possibility Anderson didn't know.

Why the dig at me, I've never called simon the tea boy?

To be fair I'm starting to think there's a lot going on that Anderson doesn't know. I don't necessarily blame him for that either. I suspect that our owners keep him marginally less in the dark than the rest of us. If he's still here at Xmas I'd be surprised. Got a feeling he may have woke up and smelled the coffee by then.

Where was it that osb looked it up? Surely somebody would have noticed.

It's a bit like the anomolies and missing money in the accounts that only got spotted a week before all the bad wasps and higgs stuff came out.

I'm by no means an expert, just seems a bit dodgy.

Not sure its that unusual for a company not to be monitoring every filing another company makes. Not like we all knew or any of the local media reported it.

Unlike SISU you mean. I'm not sure what you're trying to say here. It sounds like you're saying that SISU are so incompetent that not only do they not know what's going on right under their nose they also don't know how to find out what's going on under their nose by something as simple as logging on to companies house and setting an alert for companies that they have more than a passing interest in.

Boy that's harsh. I was saying that they weren't that incompetent just that they were playing the victim. According to you they're a bunch of dumb fucks who don't know what companies house does. I thought you liked them too.

Maybe he's only been made aware following up the story and asking would it be possible for a facility to house the Academy/first team to be built on the Higgs site and they've replied say no it wouldn't be possible, citing the clause?

Our owners moved us & simply lost a lot of money and supporters...oh and they took us to court many times too don't forget.

I care more about CCFC...& I think SISU are bad for CCFC. They have done significantly more damage to our club than anyone else. Idiots like you are clutching at straws thinking they have turned over a new leaf. You probably still believe we will be in that new stadium in a couple of years time.

Sisu are mainly responsible for where we are . People should not side with them unless you support more pain.
