So if this is a forced takeover... (5 Viewers)

Sisu are mainly responsible for where we are . People should not side with them unless you support more pain.
Bollocks. The only reason that they are with us is we were already in the shit.

I don't see how it's good business at all? Can you explain?

We were moving on and building a new stadium, training ground and academy outside of Coventry.
We said we would not have done the deal Wasps ended up doing for ACL.
So the council managed to get a sports team into a stadium that may have been left empty they (morally wrong) have bought an attraction to the city to lesson the economical and commercial blow of the loss of CCFC.

But are you happy that our football club is getting shafted by what is going on?

The loss of ccfc? So you would agree the council couldn't give a shit about the club because in their eyes they have 'replaced' them.

Here comes Rupert bear to tell us it's all sisus fault and there getting what they deserve. If sisu hadn't treated the club like shit no one else would. As if that's an acceptable reason.

am well and truely fucked off.

That doesn't mean I can't understand why it has happened.

It seems that on here that you cannot understand why what has happened has happened. Unless you put a caveat at the bottom saying (I hate Wasps)

I don't give a shit about Wasps in any way or form.

I just understand the story of the boy who cried wolf.

So I am very pissed off but I also know who takes the biggest share of the blame and for me it is the boy who cried wolf

Understand? Sympathetic to a ruthless council and charity and a wandering hedge fund. Not the club you proclaim to support? Un fucking believable.

Sorry but that's bull.

I cant understand what happened but I do not post that I hate Wasps every post. I am no fan of theirs, nor CCC, and the Higgs, but I am certainly no fan of SISU either. I think have stated that enough in my posts. Its just an easy tactic to use to tar everyone like that, and apart from trying to be divisive I cant see why you do it. (before you bang on at me, there are other divisive posters as well on both sides of the fence)

The piggy backing a charity bit? The club had been using the facilities years. The ricoh share was bought before sisu. The difference is don't think pwkh made the decisions then. Someone who really cared about ccfc did. Don't bang on about distressing acl. They bought the ricoh share cos the club was living beyond it's means. Which is as much their fault as it was sisus distressing acl.

It's because every time I say I can see how and why it's happened.

Someone asks me if I am not annoyed that my team are getting shafted

Oops yes it was the semi final...which we wouldn't be interested in achieving whatsoever would we?

...onwards & upwards PUSB

Why would the football team want to get into a rugby semi final?

On a serious note, as you are trying to prove a point, it is infinitely easier to get into a Rugby semi final than a football one, due to smaller number of clubs involved and quality of opposition. I am pleased that you are so proud of them though. Still its ironic they won as much as we did last season isn't it.

Clearly don't come across as you're annoyed then? Maybe it's because you're not? Struggle to comprehend how you are proud of the council for standing up to sisu but at the same time annoyed? Which one is it dongo? Because what you say is contradictory.

Sorry Don, I am not sure I understand wher you are coming from.

Are you saying you fully understand why we are in this mess, as if so I would love to know from the start, why Richardson spent so much, why Mcginnity didn't put us into admin, why CCC rejected the other potential bidders, why Manhatton pulled out, why SISU bought the club, why they continually messed up, what the hell they are playing at, why CCC have acted like they have, why the lies from all parties etc etc. If you can explain all that and understand every decision, well I cant quite believe it myself.

We are al annoyed, we are being shafted. Do we all have to agree why?, and is it a prerequisite that we cant despise Wasps as well? I hate them for reasons unconnected to CCFC, but as a Rugby fan. Its in my posting history and my feelings wont change. That certainly doenst make me a lesser fan, nor one who understands any less. I hate the whole situation, but accept there are a lot of unanswered questions.

Or I am very pissed off but think the lions share of the blame lies with our owners.

But aside from a few posters everyone knows that. Its just a fair few of us also feel that Wasps being here has not helped our situation one bit.

I can repeatedly post I hate SISU, I hate SISU, I hate SISU, but I can also say Wasps please move back to London.

Businesses care about money.

They have no interest in your (or my) opinion - unless it can make them money.

They don't care about passion - unless it can make them money.

This is true of all the parties involved - CCC, Wasps, SISU, ACL et al.

If on Monday CCFC had nowhere to play or train do you think any of the parties involved would care?

I'm not for a second saying "Well that's OK then, let's throw in the towel" but all this bickering isn't going to solve this situation.

I still don't think there was some grand master plan to bring CCFC to this point or force the situation to the point that they'd collapse.

I just think some way needs to be found to press pause on the situation, get all the parties around the table and put the cards on the table and actuality get an understanding of where things actually are without all the soundbites and posturing.

I don't think this can be achieved by protests or demonstrations but a more pragmatic way.

The question is, how could that be achieved?

Could the Supports Consultative Group be approached about this? To be honest I'm not at sure of their terms of reference or if it's possible for people outside of the group to put forward suggestions/opinions.

Could the mediation team that was involved in CCFC returning to the Ricoh be called back to arms?

I just think a calm and clear approach could be the way forward and those who aren't willing to be involved in such a process would be exposed as having the intention of ending CCFC.

I like the sisu are in control. To buy the higgs. Council had veto. Council in control. To extend the lease. Council in control. To build a new stadium. Council in control. It's absolute shite to say sisu are in total control and share most of the blame. Can anyone get hold of shapiro or Manhattan? Or tell me how to? I think we need to find out what exactly put them off. What they were told about buying the stadium.

If only we could get them all round the table. That in itself would be an achievement. I doubt it would happen, nor that they could stop the posturing. What a completely shambolic state of affairs.

The idiots are people like you who care more about hating sisu and destroying sisu than to realise the damage being done to the club in the process. Well done. Give yourself a pat on the back.
Or idiots who believe Sisu only have the club at heart and have some no damage.
Yes I fuckin hate them for putting us through all this.
You keep believing they have changed.

I had said they had improved in the running the football side of things since coming back. I said through both luck and judgement. Didn't say I thought they had changed or they had the club at heart. Still make things up.
