We've had a great season and I would be frustrated if it was cancelled, suspended, delayed etc
However...
In times like this you have to realise its only a game and theres more on life, like ours and everyone associated with a football club's health.
Best case is every single game is played behind closed doors with free iFollow for season tickets, discounted rate for members and standard fee for everyone else.
Worst case is the season becomes void and we just have to accept it.

How about continue until we can't, then promote the teams in 1st and 2nd. No relegation and just have larger leagues next year. Could reduce league by a team by 1 a year over the next two to get back to normal
They can do promotions and no relegations on current standings

The common sense way if they have to stop the season altogether is to give everyone their average points earned over the full allocation of games or up to the point where everyone has 'played' the same amount of games.
They can't void and write off the season, there is way too much money at stake in the championship/premier league level and if they cant do it there then it stands to reason that they can't void l1 and l2 season off either.
No they cant. That would open the EFL up to legal action by teams who will say that they could've got promoted had they played all their games.
Just do it now then . Job done. They can there are clauses in the league rules which all teams have signed up to as members

You could just do it on points per game.Wouldn't be fair.
1. Some teams may have played fewer games (Swindon/Crewe in L2)
2. Some teams may have a higher proportion of difficult games remaining.
Pools panel would be fairer, albeit still imperfect.
Play all remaining games on Sensible Soccer on the Amiga...

The problem is that the numbers effected (virus) will be massive in two months time - need some immunity building up
They can equalise the season with each team getting a point a game until the end
Where is this info from. Plausible but let’s see what happens.Looks like PL and EFL suspended until 4th April.
I think the decision is easy if it is the right one for us.Promote top two and go straight to play offs behind closed doors. And same with bottom four. Desperate I know but better than voiding the season. Hate this idea personally... so fingers crossed there's a fairer solution. Glad I'm not making the decisions..
Sensible and only option (fair option) is suspend and play remaining games when it’s safe to do so. Delay start of the 20/21 season to October if you have to. Also transfer window doesn’t open in summer until 19/20 season has finished and allow any current loans to be extended.
League will have to cover wages im guessing?
Not going to happen. What if Cov and Rotherham play 37 games and go up....say Oxford play 36 and are behind Rotherham by 2 points. How is that fair?
People need to start thinking about legal implications of all options. It's great coming up with these hypothetical options but they simply are ludicrous due to the lack of fairness and potential for legal action.
The league have standard protection clauses which will allow them the final say
