Mental health services in this country have been gutted in the last 14 years, while it may not have prevented this incident there are many people not getting the help they need.

The idea that the ethnic background of the attacker is of significance when white British people have carried out plenty of disgusting acts of violence of their own in recent years is abhorrent.
