Locals already knew who he was and were posting about him and things were getting deleted. People were getting the "He was a choir boy" thing thrown at them when people who knew him were saying he was calling for Genocides at school and was kicked out for bringing a knife into school and going back to attack somebody with a hockey stick. At this point, the police would have known full well he was producing ricin in his house ffs. He was known to police and they would have known all of this within minutes of the attack.

Have you ever considered that the entire structure that should be able to pick up and intervene is understaffed, underfunded and under resourced? And that with all of these in place there is a possibility that some of these things could be addressed and stopped?
There are failings here for sure in this whole situation, but we go through this reflection process allowing the same failings to go on and on without doing anything differently, same with Baby P and the failing of social

People were angry when it happened, can you really not see how it did anything but calm down any unrest by pushing him as a little choirboy after 3 kids had just been killed and many more attacked? It was painting his innocence from the start and the police knew from day one how sinister things really were. They had been called out to him multiple times in the week leading up to it hadn't they?
The entire structure seemingly had no issues picking up people for posting stuff online when needed? Again, this is what pisses people off.
