Can't do every home game because shift work won't allow so looking for that enthusiasm to convince me to do the 100 mile round trip as often as possible. Not there yet I'm afraid, just saying

that level of honesty and realism will not be tolerated.

Beginning to wonder if this is a forum or an audition for the comedians, seriously though, not looking to see Messi or Ronaldo as someone has said or support Wigan. Can't do every home game because shift work won't allow so looking for that enthusiasm to convince me to do the 100 mile round trip as often as possible. Not there yet I'm afraid, just saying

I was pulling your leg with the Wigan comment. I totally see your point and I have been in a similar boat myself, living over 100 miles away from Cov and having a young family.

See no reason for the bi polar reactions of some on here

TM has from what I have seen been up front on everything and if he says he has things in hand then I believe him.

Not sure I see us challenging for the top 6 but right now I would settle for solid improvement to around 10th. Given a fair run and a couple more players we should not court relegation this coming season

I do have a concern. We might have the numbers in the overall squad but I do think we need a little more depth in the front players (TM says 2 on the way) and in cover for the strength players in the team like Reda. A few injuries and there could be a problem. It isn't just a matter of replacing with boys

Looking forward to seeing the Newcastle lad. I think certain players not getting a squad number indicates they are not quite ready yet - which is sensible team management isn't it?

That said I am confident TM knows how & what he is doing. So patience and let him get on with it.

Same deal with Chuba Akpom last season, I'm sure it ended with Pressley pissing him off and Akpom returning to arsenal early?

I don't think it is the same, Chuba was back & forth playing in Arse youth games then returning in no condition to play for City, I think the Armstrong recall deal is more like he is here all the time unless Toon run out of bodies & need him on the bench, if that happens I guess TM will have to get a loan from elsewhere.

Gives them something to aspire to, otherwise feet up, its too easy!
