Browne likely? Is he interested then
From what im told yes
Browne likely? Is he interested then
interesting. And would be very welcome. fingers crossed.Browne is very very likely. Fantastic signing that if we can get it over the line
McCallum also edging closer
How do we get over the wages, losing previous stars because can't break the structure?Browne is very very likely. Fantastic signing that if we can get it over the line

I think we need some defenders. Paddy McNair is available, good seasoned pro at this level.
@Tea & Busquets who else could we potentially look at?
Simples, we offer them affordable wages, and a bonus for finishing in the top 6, and another big juicy fat bonus if we get promoted. How do we get over the wages, losing previous stars because can't break the structure?
Seems like we're staying in the English market for the most part then. Links you or others have fed us so far...Browne is very very likely. Fantastic signing that if we can get it over the line

Michael Doyle replacement?Browne sounds like the Hamer replacement to me.
Not a bad use of the wages is it that!No idea but considering we are saving 40k a week off the back of Moore Kelly and Callum leaving i think Browne and McCallum can be brought in within that before any fees etc get paid later in the window
Get them frees done early. Go on Doug ladNo idea but considering we are saving 40k a week off the back of Moore Kelly and Callum leaving i think Browne and McCallum can be brought in within that before any fees etc get paid later in the window
McNair has had a bad year for injuries and a big wage. Would be a gamble but a good player nonetheless. Think there could be better long term options out there.
I'd take Ali McCann as well, he's out of contract and would be a very useful squad player for us.Could Browne be the key to finally beating Preston?

Genuine question - has he ever played left back? Was told a few are already done. No names but i suspect McCallum and Browne would be good shouts.
Browne comes as a ready made captain and a more athletic LB is needed, so definitely makes sense.
hold on, Sam McCallum?Browne is very very likely. Fantastic signing that if we can get it over the line

Can see us going in for Dolan again. Lad I know who works for Blackburn mentioned we were eager to get him in January. With us seemingly going for OOC players early in the window, it makes senseSeems like we're staying in the English market for the most part then. Links you or others have fed us so far...

We could have Mbappe, Messi and Haaland - we’d still lose 2-0 at DeepdaleCould Browne be the key to finally beating Preston?

Played LB when he came on against us away at Carrow RoadGenuine question - has he ever played left back?
Absolutely, cannot sign everybody for big money, I know wages cost a bob or two but to pick these two up on a free would be top work by the club.Great business if we can get both done.
Thats my worry. If Alan Browne is possibly coming in, then are we expecting Sheaf to leave?
I mis read the original post mate sorry, I thought he was referring to Browne playing left back.Played LB when he came on against us away at Carrow Road
No will be in addition. (Kelly replacement if you like)If Alan Browne is possibly coming in, then are we expecting Sheaf to leave?
Can't see Torp replacing Eccles any time soon, I still have nightmares thinking about that first half performance at Brum !Browne will be the Hamer replacement surely.
See a midfield of Sheaf Browne and Torp next year.
we have that option on a Peterborough player too with Hector Kyprianou being named previously, so if thats the case we're looking strong.A midfield of Torp, Browne and Sheaf with back up option of Eccles and one more to come in would be immense
