To have our starting LB and starting CM sorted so early in the window, and for free also, would be brilliant.
A midfield of Torp, Browne and Sheaf with back up option of Eccles and one more to come in would be immense
Can't see Torp replacing Eccles any time soon, I still have nightmares thinking about that first half performance at Brum !
Torp is a decent option from the bench, unless he can improve quite a bit in pre-season.
we have that option on a Peterborough player too with Hector Kyprianou being named previously, so if thats the case we're looking strong.
Mcnair would be a great signing now. Can cover CDM and CB. Would probably mean our midfield is strong enough outside of an extra number 10
Up to the last few weeks I would have agreed re Tavares but he looked so much better recently and I wouldn't be moaning too much if he stayed.
As 4th choice striker is fine.
Yea it's a tricky one, he's got pace and puts a good ball into the box.
I think I read that he's got 1 year left on his contract, so we may keep him for that year, unless we can find someone better of course. Not too fussed either way tbf.

Bidwell is always solid and consistent. There’s a reason why he’s been playing towards the top end of the championship for last few seasons
McCallum would be a great signing! But the cynic in me thinks it's far fetched to imagine he's having contract negotiations with us whilst Norwich are preparing for a play off semi-final against Leeds on Sunday?
Yesterday my eldest lad shared that he’d been told Rudoni, Brown and McCallum were all at Ryton. Told him “bollocks nothing would happen yet” then see all the messages today 
The released are who we expected but being sold was Wilson, Lati, Bidwell &Palmer. Might all be bollocks but he’s never claimed to to be ITK before

Yep lines up with what SaddleBrains has said. I think your son is on the right lines.
I get the impression Robins is trying to build a possession dominant side, which is why hes pursuing with JDS who is slightly better on the ball than Bidwell. I find this odd though, as we look most dangerous when we are counter attacking.
