Which is why you are not an agent.I genuinely think we'd be lucky to find someone that would just take over his contract.

No but I know enough about football to know Palmer will find another club easily. And you are?
A reliable source
I never know what is sarcasm on here!A reliable source
Fair enough. Just saw it and relayed it for any views.A reliable source
What sort of fee could we expect this summer? £1million-£2 if really lucky?
I hope we sign someone soon, so we can moan about that.I hope we sign someone soon, so we can talk about that.
Ah, the first sighting of John Harriet, the window is now officially open
Surely got to better than Palmer though?Really don’t want Rudoni. Think he’ll be another AM with no end product and we’ve just got rid of one of them. We need better at the price he’ll cost.
Surely got to better than Palmer though?
His agent wasn’t exactly subtle in putting the Norwich rumour around in January as a way of gauging interest and trying to get more money on his contract.Said a few weeks back Kasey could be leaving this summer
As ive said before he and his agent have a vastly inflated view of how good he thinks he is, and how good he actually is
So could be legs to it
I agree it’s very unfashionable but it might suit the players we currently have ….There’s no way we actually play 442 next season
not sure his role justifies his wage at that point though.I don’t really understand the Palmer dislike or willingness to just rid of him.
7 assists and 4 goals this season is not a bad return.
I agree we need to strengthen in midfield and I would like to think when all fit he isn’t in the starting 11, footballs a squad game and Palmer had his best season for us, he’s a good squad player who’s had a good season, he offers something different from an average number 10, creates for others, strong and a threat from free kicks.
I suspect Palmer playing above O’Hare was Robins proving a point.
They will have been talking to clubs for months now.Isn’t June 1st when players players with contracts expiring can ‘officially’ talk to other clubs? If so may be some movement on Browne and O’hare situations
I think it’s pretty poor for a 10 to be honest.I don’t really understand the Palmer dislike or willingness to just rid of him.

That’s when they actually expire. I think you can start discussing and sign a pre contract a month beforeJune 30th normally
I believe it can only actually be confirmed prior to a month before if the club have released the player. In these 2 cases of Browne and Ohare, this has not happenedThey will have been talking to clubs for months now.
The contract expiry date is little more than symbolic these days. Deals can be confirmed and announced ahead of the existing contract expiring but they can’t take effect until after it has expired.
We need to keep the ball better next year, he loses the ball a lot trying a flick or a through ball.I don’t really understand the Palmer dislike or willingness to just rid of him.

It depends on the wage, of course, if we could get better for less then great.not sure his role justifies his wage at that point though.
lolMorning Kasey, hope you're enjoying some time off
A handfulIt depends on the wage, of course, if we could get better for less then great.
He’s done enough for an extension, for me. He has a resale value and would interest some I am sure, has had some great games this season.
