And that's me just sitting here wondering what to have for my breakfast this morning.

God knows how I will feel when I start thinking about the game today.

You will probably throw up your breakfast if we play like we did in the first half against cardiff!!

Nervous? I sure am. Going to be worse than the Cardiff game. Going to be on the beach during the game so I can't hurt myself or damage anything when kicking the cat or whatever gets in my way if things go wrong. Wish I chose this game over the Cardiff one now.

I woke up just over an hour ago. I was also excited. The wife wasn't happy though. She hates being woken up that early :D

I woke up grumpy early this morning............... but she turned over and went back to sleep!

I did 1 line on it. You have done in excess of 20. But you are right as usual.

Please let me know what I can put on the forum and where from now

Astute, I just don't get you at all. You clearly moan all the time about negative comments by posters about the team and Thorn, but yet moan about what you're allowed to put in your own posts.
So what your saying is ,only positive comments please or your not a full skyblue fan, but no-one can moan about my posts, so i can put what i want.
Please let me know what I can put on the forum without you moaning about it.

Thing that irked me just a tad, Rev, was the fact that the thread wasn't a negative thread at all. It was nothing to do with tactics, formations, the manager, the players, the board or anything else along those lines. Nothing to do with us staying up or going down. Was supposed to just be a thread about how people were feeling before the massive game today.

Luckily we have got the thread back on track. :)

more than happy to have a debate about things on another thread. After all, there are more than bleedin enough of them!!

Gonna be tough game but one that is definitely winnable. Sure pompy had a good result last time out but that is only 1 win in 10 and Pompy have a poor record away which is only better than ourselves in the division.
Should be looking for 3 points but if Cranie and Cameron are both out today I think we could struggle to win.

I just hope given the weather and the importance of the game that we get a really good turn out.
It should be exciting. At this stage of the season we are normally losing and ready to drop down towards the bottom 6. Different now and clearly the next few games should remain like this.
I think we need to win this one.

I'm a little apprehensive about today. We seem to play well against teams in the top half ,but not so good when we are expected to win against lower half.

But and its a big BUT, we've been here before many times when we have to win the last few games to stay up, infact i don't think there is any other team in the whole football league who is as good at it, and who have a proven record of doing it ,than us.

Sp i'm going for , a bad first half where we may go one down, then a superb second half where we score 3 goals to win 3-1.
If you look at the prediction league and see my placing you, will probably decide to totally ignore what i say and move on to the next post.

Leaving for ground in 15mins, good luck to the lads, PUSB!

PUSB indeed!!!

Come on. Let's be 4th from bottom at 5 p.m. That would be a massive, massive step towards safety.

Tough game? Nah, piece of piss. We'll beat them 2-0 easy.

I just hope that the game is played in a spirit of fair play, and both the participants and the audience has a cracking good time. That's the real important thing, isn't it? Fun.

Is it too much of a cliche to say that it's not a 'must win' but a 'must not lose'?
A win would be a massive step today. 5 unbeaten and full of confidence, and perhaps condemning Pompy.
I think if there is a loser today, whoever it is will certainly be relegated.

Also is it too optimistic for Milwall to be dragged back into the scrap? Apart from their games vs us and Pompy I can't see them getting many points from the other 5 they have Cardiff A Hull H Leicester H Ipswich A Blackpool H

Today was the most nervous I've ever been at a game. The nerves only passed once we'd gone into stoppage time!

Me too.

Had a real dilemma though. The sun was shining, so in tense moments I couldn't look away from the game and look up. When I looked down all i could see was the builder's backside of this great big lump of a bloke sitting in front of me.

Usually when it gets tense and the opposition are pressing I look down and away from the game. This time it was a case of either being blinded or staring at some big fat hairy arse crack.

I'm hoping my eyes get better soon.

Blinded by the sun or by the moon - that WAS a dilemma!

Question: Anybody think we should've had a penalty today? Blatant push on Keogh from a corner, right in front of the ref. That's how it looked to me anyway, just wondering if anyone else saw it?

Looked clear to me too.

Wondering if word has got around amongst refs that Keogh has a tendancy to dive at times in the penalty box.

Maybe, but that just looked an obvious one. He didn't go down either. I thought the ref was poor again today though, some very strange decisions.
