Remember MR was initially gonna bring Shipley on last week instead of Tav
Maybe long COVID has affected his thought process, a bit like what they think is happening with Putin. Evidently it is a recognised medical issue.

baffling, that Robins thought Shipley was the answer.
Even more he didn’t take the fee offered in jan my nan would of looked great LWB against Peterborough, waste of budgets in walker Bidwell Waghorn its poor recruitment of English players he should know better it’s not like their foreign risks,no wonder SISU didn’t put anymore money up in jan, next season is gonna be the test we could end up like Barnsley if we don’t get it right,we can’t be bringing in anymore crap,I mean Bidwell on a 3 & half year is just baffling

One made a dodgy substitution, one brought the world to the brink of war, Robins clearly has the more severe case!

Perhaps he is protecting the player. Imagine Howley coming on yesterday and having a bad game, he'd get destroyed. Taveres has a pass now for at least 18 months after his goal, but players need to be introduced to Championship football correctly i guess?

It's ridiculous the two of them along with Reid are even on the bench, absolutely no depth to the squad.

We must also remember that the squad is usually propped up with lots of loan players, not so anymore, something Boddy mentioned was part of our progression last summer.

It is a small squad but how many times have you been down to watch the 23’s…? You clearly haven’t because If you had, then you would know that the three of them are stand out players and are close to being able to support the main FT players if and when required…so in fact they do deserve a place on the bench and that’s why they are there…

So what are we protecting him from, himself or having a bad game, you see, i don't buy that, my theory is if you are good enough, your good enough, right. and even if they do have a bad game," which all players do" they are young and will bounce back, and if they don't, they have no right being on a football pitch.

Close to one post a year, so when he speaks, I'm listening, as I'm assuming he wouldn't bother unless he means it!

Perhaps they aren't good enough - yet. It seems your opinion is totally the opposite of the professional Championship football manager who spends more time with the players than he does with his own family. Perhaps you are in the wrong job?

they're on the bench because there's no-one else. It's that simple.
It's not having a pop at them, it's having a pop at the fact Robins wasn't backed in January and is operating with his hands tied behind his back.

Exactly and he would get ripped to shreds by the same fans who wanted him to play.

If we can finish in the top 10 then that is an exceptional season for us ,most expected bottom half at the beginning of the season, what with comments like why did we sign that Donkey Gyokeres we ain't done too bad.
