Yeah I'm not a Phil Taylor fan either Daz although there's no denying how great he's been. Always hoped James Wade would win it but he seems to have faded away recently. Hope Chisnall does well.

It's the fake humility that comes with him I can't stand that , I can't deny how good he's been.

I do like Anderson but sometimes it feels like his head isn't in the game

Thoroughly enjoyed it when Anderson beat Taylor in the final. Think it was 2015. What a match that was. Anyone to win it but Taylor or Van Gerwen would do me. Someone new would be good though.

Na, Phil Taylor will always be the boss-his achievements will never be bettered and should be respected. I get the "politely arrogant" manner of his that people don't like.

Never been a Wade fan. Always found him very weird. Every year I’ve backed Wright and I reckon this one could finally be it. Wouldn’t mind Taylor winning it to bow out on a high though. MvG is obviously the favourite but this year it’s as wide open as it’s been for years. As long as it’s not that prick Gurney! Anyone but him.

MvG hasn’t been at his best this tournament so it’s not a massive shock. Especially with how Cross has played. A new era hopefully!
