Yep. Curiosity, weekend off work. I've never seen us play so well, but I won't be going again I don't think. It's a massive shame. PUSB

I know this risks a whole lot of dick waving from either side of the fence, but genuinely interested why you would go once, see us play well and then on the bac k of that decide not go again?

(To emphasise, making no value judgement, am genuinely interested!!)

Oh really scared!!!
And they say we are the one's causing trouble and intimidating people shown your true colours now!!!

Ha, not at all chap. I walked straight up the hill after the game. Like I said. People were pointing and laughing, like I said. Then they (and I) became jovial and we had a walk and a talk. All fun and games. No need to be scared.

Understand?

Correct I am quite a vocal person but I have never called anyone a scab for going in the ground but have come under verbal abuse for standing outside the ground maybe I will be dragged down to their level.

How can people moan about being called scabs or tramps, both as bad as each other and bad both ways.

I'm pretty sure people on the hill could afford a ticket...

Shit atmosphere, generally depressing. Don't really agree with the situation. I understand going to games is detrimental to the club on the whole. I just wanted to check it out. And I had a free ticket (not really)

Call me weak again. I came straight up the hill on my way out and the few people pointing and laughing suddenly became friendly and jovial.

Just realised who it is. Not sure why you posted it twice to be honest.

Reading back over my original post I can see why you became defensive. I was annoyed at being called weak by simple_simon. But on the day it was all fun and games.

I think its time to cut out the brave insults about insiders and outsiders on the Hill.(scabs and tramps etc).We are all Coventry supporters doing what we think is right for our club.We all have the right to do what we are doing, just because that Tim decided to cause trouble,we should show him that we cannot be divided.

Agreed, we all want the same thing.
Lets get numbers on the Hill next week and aim for larger numbers against Sheffield.
No abuse just good banter.

The whole hill thing seems odd to me.....I wonder what the numbers would be if we were playing poorly and losing every week. For me it's gone from a protest to a 'oh you can watch the game for free' scenario. NOPM, but we will travel to Northampton to watch cov play a 'home' game. So your quite happy to do a 70 mile trip to watch a home game, and quite happy to cheer the goals and results of a sisu funded football club but not willing to contribute anything towards the players wages.

It is the best form of protest. It is right in their faces, shown by the media, legal, and doesn't cost a penny.

It isn't about watching the game. It never has been. Results are immaterial.

We have to do everything in our power to have the club moved back to Coventry. If you have better ideas them give them please. We all want our team back.

Why not come and join us next time, am sure you will hear us then?

I hope you don't think I said I couldn't hear you on the hill as some negative comment. Quite a few other people have said they couldn't hear anything from you guys either, wether it be volume, acoustic, or whatever.

Must be where you are sat then, as the Sky reporter said the protestors on the hill had been making a racket.

I accept it when you say you couldn't hear us....but Sky reports said the protestors on the hill have made a lot of noise.

Some people are fighting a principle here about having a genuine football club that is transparent and ethical.

As for players wages, SISU who chose their stance can afford the move, meet the losses and shown The FL they can finance this allegedly.

How many people in Coventry have lost income through SISU moving to Northampton? How many fans, protestors or not are out of pocket?

If you had been you would see the view is very restricted.

For me it's more NOPM than KCIC.
For me it is, support the lads, let them know we're not forgetting them, but not supporting the owners too.
