Issues :
Before: Mcfadzean, Mcnally, Doyle, Sheaf, Hamer, O'Hare
After: Thomas, Joel, Torp, Eccles Sheaf
Simple as that.
Cba ladCan you just not spell Latibeaudiere?
Lampards win ratio is 38%.
Similar to Robins’ time here which included two promotions
Robins of course managed eight years only playing the bottom five.
Doug king OUT
Whilst Lampard of course gets written off after 8 games
I just want to see a modicum of improvement. We’ve got worse.
Robins’ win rate this season was 28%
38% is an improvement on 28%
So your holding how time works against lampard now?Robins of course managed eight years only playing the bottom five.
With wright and Clark missing we haven’t got an option to play any different, rudoni isn’t a left winger and sakamotos been worked out, they just double up on him, cut off our wide men and we’ve got nothing
Im not going to explain how teams at the top of the league and teams at the bottom of the league are different.
41% is better than 38%, being back Dowie.
We sacked Dowie, brought in Coleman, and nearly got relegated.
I’m not sure that this is the best argument in your quest to get Lampard sacked
One poster has said to give him another month and sack him if it’s not got better.I don’t think anyone has said sack Lampard but there has been no improvement under him based on the busy Christmas schedule
5 points from 12 against the opposition we’ve faced is not good enough
I don’t think that’s entirely true.I don’t think anyone has said sack Lampard but there has been no improvement under him based on the busy Christmas schedule

Busy Christmas period is the clue, very limited time on the training ground to improve people, just time to recover and go again.I don’t think anyone has said sack Lampard but there has been no improvement under him based on the busy Christmas schedule

you call that style of play? It’s awful to watchI don’t think that’s entirely true.
we clearly now have a style of play and retain the ball better, but our lack of end product is killing us.
Torp or Rudi take their chances second half and we win and no one over reacts.

look at the teams we’ve played over the past 4 gamesBusy Christmas period is the clue, very limited time on the training ground to improve people, just time to recover and go again.
But as I've already said, only 3 defeats in 11 since MR left. And 2 of those against top 6 sides. While we've lost our top scorer and an experienced keeper.
Frank needs time and the window.
In reality we're preparing for next season.
I think it’s clear now most of the players just aren’t good enough. It’s not on Robins or Lampard.
Not brilliant, but those teams are fighting for their lives, and we have limited quality available.look at the teams we’ve played over the past 4 games
5 points is poor return no matter how you look at it
We sacked Dowie, brought in Coleman, and nearly got relegated.

Oh man you’ve almost got it. So close.
If you think Tavares an option then we’re def in trouble, hes inherited a team that was set up to play 433 or 451 ( same thing really) we haven’t got the quality to play it, until he gets his own players in you can’t really dig out Lampard, we’re just not good enough, simple astavares is an option
to say we have nothing is very short sighted
if he doesn’t fancy Tavares then change formation
this is where Lampard is no different to robins in terms of plan b
My argument is that managers need time.
What’s yours?
Deluded as usual, wanting him out doesn’t mean wanting sisu back. Just want an owner that knows what he’s doing unlike what we currently haveYeah let’s get Sisu back
Perhaps we can play in Peterborough this time

That sacking a manager who is working for a name leads to us almost getting relegated and spunking tens of millions to get nowhere.
