I agree and I am not looking past tonight. Could be a tough game for us.

Could be that James Rodriguez is out for them tonight though and that could weaken them.

I am most certainly not taking this one for granted and I do think we need a strong ref in this evening's matchup.

I'd have liked the one who reffed last nights game ,the same one who gave us the two pens and at first looked like he could be a Nightmare for the first 15 minutes of that game .

I was nice and relaxed yesterday but now i'm nervous as f***.
Its the same nervous\excited feeling as the play-off final though in that i know if we play well we have a massive chance of going all the way let alone beating Colombia.
I'm also looking forward to watching the game with my new friend i met at the English bar here in Florida.
He's a 70+ old boy called Brian who supports Birmingham City (the silly old bugger lol) buts its been refreshing to laugh and enjoy the games with this guy at the bar.

Still, my heart says 3-1 England, head says 2-1 England after ET.

I want extra time and knackered players/injuries from today's Sweden v Switzerland match (on the basis we beat Columbia)

I'm okay until someone mentions the England match, then my stomach does a somersault. I'll be fidgeting like hell while it's on

Wasn't aware that Switzerland have just one defeat in their last twenty five matches.

Was going to support Sweden anyway.

Lawrenson funny on TV - already bored by Sweden v Swiss. In response to 'that was nearly a great ball' he retorted 'this is nearly a great game' - made me smile

Spare a thought for Shaquiri the next time people get excited about him

According to 'Lawro' the Swiss have gone quiet 'because they can't get it to Shakira' !!!

Beat Colombia and the next round is pretty much a free pass (as long as we actually turn up and give it 100%).

Both sides are absolutely shocking.

The whole of England’s side of the draw is full of average sides. Anyone of them could get to the final and face one of the quality sides. And in that final 90mins anything can happen. England, Russia, Croatia Columbia, Switzerland and Sweden will never have a better opportunity of lifting the World Cup.

Wasn't a bit nervous - but they've just put 'Football's coming home' and Southgate on the TV and my twitchiness has greatly increased!

I've had under 1.5 on the Sweden-Swiss match. I'll jinx it now, but I'm happy at the moment! Come on extra time, so England can (hopefully) benefit!

Not nervous before England games. Being a CCFC supporter has given me a lifetime of expecting the worst but hoping for something better.

That would have been comfortable for the keeper if not for the deflection. Lucky for Sweden.
